Chapter 5: Fighting for the first time

Life always brings us unpredictable events. Events, big or small, are also to test your limits. Instead of sitting around worrying, afraid, and not expecting them to happen, let's stand up to face and step over to create bravery and pride for ourselves.

Raymond had read somewhere about these sayings, but if the event is too big and violent then the probability of walking over it or being trampled by it, which one is higher. Right now, he was still in a state of holding a tree waiting for the wild boar to calm down, but he seemed to have become a delicious food in its eyes.

Wild boars usually have the habit of following the herd, but when he looked around, he saw only one trying to stay below, so this could only be an adult male pig and separate from the herd to live alone for a variety of reasons. They have large, hard, and sharp teeth that are much sharper than other species.

After identifying the wild boar, Raymond was even more unhappy because what he was looking at was definitely not an ordinary boar, it was inherently larger, with a much more brutal temperament. The tree trunk shakes, and under the great impact, it can't stand for much longer.

There was no other choice, if this boar had its eyes on him then he had to fight it, but seeing the number displayed on its head made him cry without tears. That number is a hundred times higher than his current figure.

“May God bless and sustain me through this tribulation. If the dragon king is sacred, please bless me with a glorious victory…”

Panic was replaced by the power of inner prayers. Raymond did not hesitate for a moment and decided to risk his life. The tree trunk gradually showed signs of chipping, the boar saw that and put all its strength into ramming until the last time the trunk fell down. Raymond also saw the right opportunity, from a high branch to swoop towards the wild boar, spreading his claws into its skin causing it to scream in pain, trying to knock him to the ground.

“You dare challenge me? You despise the claws of a species smaller than you. This time let me see if I fall under your pig's hooves or if you fall at my hands. Hahaha…”

An entire area of space at this time only heard the sound of wild boar's screams, accompanied by the savage laughter of another species. If you look closely, you can see a small green tuft of hair clinging to the back of the wild boar.

Raymond determined not to back down, opened his mouth wide to reveal sharp teeth that were dug into the opponent's skin, his mouth was still trying to show an eager smile. However, the gap between his strength and rank was too great, and he was thrown and slid down the rock. The pain made him understand that this stage was difficult to pass.

The wild boar looked at Raymond with hateful eyes as he got up from the ground, even though it did not expect that one day it would be so troubled by a low-level creature, but this time the situation changed, and today's its meal now is him. But it suddenly stopped, the whole body tensed as if afraid of something. Looking at its expression, he also started to get nervous.

Wild boars are very good ears and noses to recognize approaching danger. They also have the ability to memorize so that they can easily escape when they meet again. With this scared and fleeing look of the boar opposite, he was sure that what it had encountered was not pleasant at all.

While the boar wasn't paying attention, Raymond looked at the number four hundred above its head and wondered, otherwise gulped with lust. Unable to wait long, his actions were faster with reason. He splashed sand in its face, causing the boar to temporarily lose its vision, and then lunged forward, aiming for its neck. The first time he attacked, he didn't aim properly at the target he set, adding the bite force was not enough for him to deal with the wild boar in front of him in one shot.

The wild boar screamed in pain and threw Raymond to the ground. Its eyes were red with anger, but the impending danger made it decide to spare his life. But it was wrong, this time he didn't want to let it go.

Ignoring the wild boar's unexplained flight, Raymond crossed the mound in front of him, all four legs running at the fastest speed. Suddenly, a wall rose from the ground blocking his way. His head seemed to crash, but his sensitivity to matter made him immediately jump to the side with a curse:

"What the hell? Does the creature here have supernatural powers? No matter what you have, don't try to escape now."

The wild boar saw that Raymond did not intend to stop and panicked, he was the one who kicked its tail first, and now it has become the hunted. The feeling of danger getting closer and his half-lidded eyes made the wild boar lose its way of escape. While it was still panicking, he disappeared without a trace.

Thinking that the poisonous pig had escaped a super-birth, Raymond from behind used all his fighting strength to bite off its throat, causing blood to gush out, soaking the whole area. The wild boar gave a final cry and then collapsed, its eyes still wide open in disbelief, it was defeated again by a small low-level creature.

The guess was not wrong, now from the sky, a creature similar to Marcus Drake's shape but without wings landed heavily on the ground causing a shock. Seconds later, another creature leaped from the trees next to it. They looked at the wild boar's body to one side and then at Raymond. His mouth and the front of his chest were covered in blood making them shiver.

Back a few minutes ago, Harvey searched the ground and Elias hovered overhead searching aimlessly. The extreme mood makes them unable to determine the direction and maintain their reason. Suddenly, from a distance, a scream was heard attracting attention that made them bet once and move there quickly.

The closer they got, the more obvious the familiar energy was present, they were both worried and relieved, so the thing in the cave was still not dangerous. But witnessing all the scenes that had just unfolded before them made them reflect on what the hell Marcus Drake had entrusted to them.

"Who are you?" Raymond ignored the fishy smell of blood that hit his nose and looked at Harvey and Elias with wary eyes. Even if he absorbed the wild boar, his rank wouldn't be the same as the one that appeared, and he probably didn't have enough time to eat the wild boar. The pressure of the two made his body much heavier, his legs could not help but tremble, but he still tried not to show it on the outside.

Elias saw this appearance and secretly admired Raymond, it was true that its dragon king did not choose the wrong person. Harvey also nodded, Raymond’s screen of using sand sneaking up and down made it seem like it found a soulmate, just wanted to scream out loud, promising to pass on all of its skills to him. It will make him the next heir to this Harvey.
