“Why does my dagger stop in the air?” asked Lance in anger.

“Probably you’re now a useless Altered Warrior,” said Tolly with a sneer.

“You must be using some magic, right?” asked Lance again, gritting his teeth. He looked as if he would tear Tolly apart with his bare hands.

Suddenly, his hand grew longer and quickly flew toward Tolly’s neck. It looked like he would strangle him to death with his hands.

Yet, Tolly was under the protection of his Upside-down Five-element Formation. Therefore, Lance’s hands were not able to reach Tolly’s neck. They were blocked by the invisible ball, too.

“Damn it,” said Lance, “Who’s the coward now? Why are you staying in a runic formation? If you want to have a duel with me, come out of your formation. I promise I’ll teach you a big lesson then.”

“To tell you the truth, I won’t come out of my formation. If you’re that strong, I think you need to break down my runic formation. But in fact, you could not even touch me,” sneered Tolly.
