"I can get you $800,000 in your bank account by today." John Dawson said while taking the one million dollar bills and putting them on his desk.
"Sure. The faster we get the money, the better." Major Ivan said before his phone rang.
But this time, before he could answer, George slapped the phone out of his hand.
Major Ivan then stared at George in shock, "Corporal what do you think you are doing?" He asked, "Do you know who is calling me?" He continued.
"Sir, I can't explain to you now but I am serious when I say that we must not answer that phone call," George said while stressing that the Major cannot answer the phone.
Major Ivan nodded, "We'll talk outside." He said before bending down and picking up his phone before turning to John, "Once you're done, give me a call."
John smile and shook the Major's hand, "Sure thing. You guys seem busy. So I'll see you later."
___
George started explaining what had happened and the more the Major's face turned sour, "The Colonel knows. He knows about Lu Bu, and he knows about the UN. A lot of them are aware of the corruption that exists within the UN." George explained.
"I'll be damned..." Major Ivan said while gritting his teeth, he then took out his phone and started dialing a number, "General, I need your help." He then continued to explain his situation before thanking the general and ending the call.
"So... What are we gonna do now?" George asked Major Ivan.
The Major then patted George's shoulder, "Now, we fly." He replied.
Confused about what was happening, George decided to ask once more, "Fly? To where?"
"The great state of Texas. But the General is not really fond of Russians. In fact, bringing a muscled-up Russian like Drago to his base will give him PTSD. So he will stay here." Major Ivan said as he looked at Drago who was talking in a phone booth from afar.
"Understood, sir. I will tell Drago that we are leaving." George said before he turned to where Drago was and got stopped by the Major.
"We don't have time for that we have to reach the airport now." Major Ivan said before he ran to the car and entered it.
George followed and entered the car as well, "Why are we running? What's the rush?" He asked.
Major Ivan turned to George before hitting the engine and started driving the car, "Your ability, it restarts your life to the point when you last woke up, right?" The Major asked.
"Right," George replied as he nodded slowly.
The Major then looked at his left wrist where his watch was, "It's 9 now, and if we get to the General's base by 12. We will have about 8 hours to use it fully before you go to sleep. But if we are even a minute late. We will be wasting time, and you will probably have to repeat this day to use spend the day as efficiently as possible." He said.
Upon hearing this, George nodded awkwardly.
___
Exactly an hour and four minutes later, they arrived at the Northeast Florida Regional Airport.
"We are here..." The Major said as he continued driving past the airport.
George looked around confused, "Uhm, sir? Aren't we supposed to go park our car and enter the airport?" He asked.
"What are you talking about? We not flying in a plane." The Major replied as he drove to where the planes were flying and drove through the gate that was blocking him from entering the field where the planes were taking off from.
"Ahhh!!!" George shouted as he held onto his seatbelt.
"Woohoo!!!" The Major screamed and laughed as he pointed to the jet that was present on the airfield. "That's our ride!" He shouted before hitting the brake right in front of the jet.
"I'm alive..." George said as he breathe heavily and started thanking God that he was still breathing.
"Ah, grow some balls! You have multiple lives anyways!" The Major said as he exited the car.
"Major! How have you been doing?" A man said as he came out of the jet.
"I'm fine. Doing better than ever." He said before turning to George. "George, this is Captain Costello, one of the best pilots in the country, and a good friend." He continued.
Captain Costello walked closer to George and extended his hands to shake hands, "Corporal George, nice to meet you. I have heard about your terrific feats in New York." He exclaimed.
"Thank you, sir," George replied with a smile.
"Anyways, we've gotta go now. The General seems impatient in meeting the both of you. Mind telling me what's going on?" He asked while the three of them entered the jet.
"You will know about it eventually." Major Ivan said as he turned to George who was looking around the interior of the jet. "Is it your first time in this thing?" He asked.
George nodded, "Yeah. It's the Ginjet-540 right?" He chimed.
"Yeah, it is. One of the only high-speed jets that can break the sound barrier while still carrying 4 passengers in the deck." Captain Costello said while taking off. "And it is also extremely comfortable to fly in!" He continued.
"Amazing..." George continued as he looked at the scenery that was changing every millisecond.
___
The Ginjet slowly landed on the landing ground of the military base in Texas, and as Major Ivan, George, and Captain Costello jumped out of the jet, they were welcomed by a group of soldiers with the General waiting in front of them, "Well, what do we have here?" The General asked as he looked at the Major.
"General, you're looking strong as ever." Major Ivan said as he walked up to the old and wrinkled-up old man.
"Stop joking. I can barely lift 405 pounds these days." The General laughed before turning to Corporal George, "And what's this twig doing here?"

Chapter 56: D.C Manoeuvre
The Ginjets flew over the vast sea while the soldiers were looking at their sea scanning radar to find any signs of strange movement that might hint at the movement of the submarine. "Any signs?" General Howard asked while pacing back and forth, his mind racing with possibilities of what Jordan might be planning. "Sir, we have contacted the National Reconnaissance Office. They will be checking for any visible signs of the enemy when they go on land, but for now, we don't have any." "Think! There must be some way to find them; if they are using a nuclear-powered submarine, then there must be a way that we can somehow find them through scanning nuclear energy nearby." "Sir, the whole base was filled with nuclear waste… We won't be able to find them… the nuclear waste has been spreaded out.” Howard punched the window, nearly breaking it, and could feel his heart beating with his stomach aching in anxiety; as he looked at his watch, he could see that it was 14:00. He didn't know what
Chapter 55: Sea Base Part 2
“Sir, we are ready. We are waiting for your orders.” General Howard looked down upon the sea base, “They must be scared… None of them are outside….” “Perhaps they thought that we would be attacking them directly?” One of the strategists responded while looking at the base using her binoculars before seeing a figure in one of the doors. “I see someone peeking at us… It seems that they really think that we will be going for a direct attack.” “Well, that’s for the best then. Destroy them.” He ordered just loud enough for all of them to hear. As the soldiers prepared to drop the heavy explosives on the sea base, the strategist could see the figure that was peeking at them from the sea base, entering and hiding back at the sea base. That figure to be exact, was Major Ivan. “Ivan, so what’s the condition outside?” “Not good. They are going to blow this place up. We should leave right now. We might have only 2 minutes max.” General Jordan sighed in relief as the both of them continued
Chapter 54: Sea Base
"Where are they!?" The former Colonel, now turned Four Star General Howard screamed at the soldiers. "Satellites indicate they are in the Sea Base, Sir!" "Sea Base?" The Colonel paused before his phone rang. "General Howard?" Another General, who had more badges on his chest, walked towards him as he tried talking. "Wait." Howard pulled out his phone before answering it. His whole stature and persona that fit a strong and harsh leader had changed to a more respectful one, "Yes, sir?" He answered in a very polite tone, a vast difference from the one that he used not long ago. Everyone there stood quiet; they knew who General Howard was talking to. In fact, the news broke out that some unknown entity within the UN had promoted Howard for some unknown reason. And the other 37 Generals who had a position similar to the one he recently had all been demoted to Lower 4 Star General to increase the status and the authority that Howard received. But this information had been made priva
Chapter 53: Flying Part 2
The pilot pulled back on his controls, ascending the plane to its maximum altitude. "Come on!" the pilot shouted, straining to align the plane directly above the sky. The metal covering the aircraft shook intensely, compressed by the high-speed flight. Seated in the co-pilot's chair, the Major was covered in the blood of the deceased co-pilot, his seatbelt securely fastened. The g-force pulled everyone's skin back, giving them the appearance of aging by four decades. Some even fainted due to the force. The pilot glanced at the fuel gauge, anticipating the low fuel level. With the slow leakage and the maneuvers performed, it was no surprise that their fuel was running low so early. Turning to his left, the pilot checked on the condition of the Major. The Major held onto his seatbelt tightly, struggling to communicate with the pilot through distorted mouth movements, saying, "Wha... ah ... we... asen?" "What?" the pilot asked, attempting to decipher the Major's message. But befor
Chapter 52: Flying Part 1
"We're here, General." The pilot announced as he saw the land where they were set their base again. The sleek military planes descended gracefully, their wings slicing through the air as they touched down upon the rugged expanse of the Texas land base. The pilots then manoeuvred their aircraft, bringing them to a halt, As the dust settled and the engines powered down, the pilot looked towards his co-pilot before seeing a glim of light right behind his head. Before the window behind his co-pilot shattered, a bullet shot through his head, causing his whole body to turn lifeless and drop to the ground. The pilot quickly ducked before taking his microphone," Take cover. We are being attacked!!!" "Not here too?!" The General shouted as he peeked out of the window and could see soldiers hiding and blending into the environment; if it weren't for the light that was reflecting from their scope, he would have never known that they were there. "Sir, do we attack??!" Major Ivan ran towards
Chapter 51: Impossible
The commissioner's hand trembled as he heard General Jordan's voice instead of General Damien's. "Sir... Where's General Damien?" Beep... General Jordan abruptly ended the call, leaving the commissioner dumbfounded. He slumped into his chair, scanning the room in search of answers. It was inconceivable that General Jordan's army could have defeated the soldiers under the command of the highly esteemed 5th Star General. They weren't even prepared for a fight. "What the hell happened...?" He glanced at the phone directory once more, searching for another number. He dialled the guard's phone, which he had borrowed. "Colonel Howard... I think General Damien might be dead." The Colonel froze, disbelief etched on his face as he looked at the commissioner, shrouded in darkness. He whispered into the phone, "Is that really you, Commissioner?" "Yeah, it's me. My damn phone broke, so I'm using this one for now. But listen, there's a good chance General Damien is dead." "Come on, Commission
Chapter 50: Only Jordan
Astentstein quickly retrieved a small smartphone from his pocket, only to find its screen shattered. "Damn it!" he exclaimed, hurling the phone to the ground as he rushed out of his room, ensuring that George and Ivan were nowhere in sight. "Sir, should we stop the Major and Corporal from leaving?" one of the guards asked, observing the Commissioner's panicked state. "Forget about them. Do you have a phone?" Astentstein inquired. The guard nodded, searching his pockets until he produced a small smartphone. He unlocked it and handed it to the Commissioner. Astentstein snatched the phone and swiftly navigated to the call application. Pulling out a small booklet from his back pocket, he located a number he had written down and dialed it. As he pressed the call button, he approached the window, hoping to catch a glimpse of General Jordan. However, the only figures in sight were the Major, the Corporal, and the remaining soldier still aboard the plane. "Where the hell are you, Jordan?"
Chapter 49: Fight With Damien Part 4
George's eyes opened, his mind still throbbing from the overwhelming influx of information. He glanced at his watch, noting that it was only 6 o'clock. Just as he prepared to rise from his bed, a knock came at the door. "Major, I'm awake," George called out. The door swung open, revealing the figure of Major Ivan. "You recognized it was me; did you foresee it again?" he asked, a hint of exhaustion in his voice. George nodded, and the Major let out a sigh. "When will we have a day where we can simply survive without complications?" "I need you to convince the General to change his plan. Some things can't be fixed even with my ability," George implored. Major Ivan nodded in agreement. "Funny you should mention that. I was actually on my way to his office. Care to join me?" Rubbing his temples to alleviate the pounding headache, George replied, "Sure, just give me five minutes." "Take your time. Meet me outside when you're ready," Ivan said, leaving the room and closing the door be
Chapter 48: Fight With Damien Part 3
George stood firmly in front of Damien, his body tense with anticipation. It was the second time he had experienced this day, and he knew exactly what moves Damien would execute. Yet, even armed with this knowledge, George couldn't shake the feeling of inferiority that washed over him. He still felt small, weak, and utterly unaware of the circumstances surrounding him. But George couldn't afford to dwell on these thoughts. Failure was not an option, for if he faltered now, he would be forced to relive the entire day using his time loop abilities. Fatigue weighed on George's mind, though it didn't manifest in his physical form. It was evident in his eyes, which carried the weariness of experiencing the same events twice over. With determination fueling his every move, George launched a punch towards Damien. Yet, just as he predicted, Damien effortlessly sidestepped the attack, evading it as he had done before. Undeterred by his missed punch, George unleashed a rapid series of strike
