Immediately after Felix's answer the crowd mused in confusion. They were all perplexed at his comment because no one has ever dared to challenge the king, no one has lived as long as he has.

"I know you all might be wondering how that is possible and you might even think that I am not being truthful but I assure you this is the truth," he hesitated. "You remember when I told you about how he said he was made; if he was formed by Mara before her death then that means that he was as old as the king. He told the king that they both had a few things in common and that was their long life and their strive to complete their mission. He mentioned that the only difference between the both of them was their purpose, he said that they both wanted to be free and for the king his freedom relied on keeping Thomas alive and setting the runners free, but for him that was different; instead of saving the life of Thomas he was rather supposed to kill him.
