After their discussion about the company, Megan enquired about the people that left, and Sophie, who she asked this question, did not want to tell her because she knew that Megan was going to the exact thing which there mother did not want to do even when she knew that it was the right thing to do.

Since Sophie would not tell her those amongst the four chief staff that left the company, she would have to find it out either way, whether she helped or not.

So she went to meet Alice late that evening because she knew that Alice would definitely have the connection to the company's staff and get her information about those left.

She came to Megan with a worried face and looking very downcasted and Alice was the one to ask what the problem was because she could not bear seeing Megan's face that way.

Megan answered her in a very strange way, "Please Alice, ignore everything that mother has done to you, and help us. She has grown so proud that she does not want to do what is right anymore.
