The Horrors of Cryptic Pregnancy

“A baby? You mean I’m pregnant?” Lilian tried to straighten herself on the sickbed but her body ached and she let out a soft sound of pain, her face still expressed shock and disbelief.

Adonis didn’t respond, the doctor was already here; he’d explain to her, what he wanted to talk about was different from all this.

“Yes you’re, Miss Lilian, you’re eight months gone, and you’d give birth any moment from now.” The doctor stood in front of her, he wasn’t smiling now.

This was a very serious situation and realising you’re pregnant when you’re not expecting it can be very difficult to take.
