BOOM!

There was a loud explosion from the direction that Dominus had left for. The explosion was accompanied by a shockwave that travelled omnidirectionally from that spot. It caused the trees to sway to one side as the airwaves that accompanied the explosion swept everything backwards.

Maverick had to pause and cover his face with his hands so the dust, sand and debris that flew about will not enter his eyes.

"Seems they have started" he mentioned as he looked towards the direction the explosion had come from. The others nodded too as they took note of the samething.

Immediately after the explosion, it was like the entire forest came alive. The trees began swaying towards different directions and various sounds could be heard from the forest, like different things were skulking inside of it. Maverick and his team prepared themselves for whatever was to happened.
