A Gloomy Day

First she smiled at him, her gaze soft. But it was just for a fleeting moment.

A fleeting moment in which her memories of the day and night came rushing back like as though the flood gate holding it was pushed open. Her eyes widened. Her expression was torn between fear, anger, disappointment, confusion and something Ajax could not quite decipher.

With tears stinging her eyes, the soft look she had totally disappearing, She flinched back, trying her best to keep her distance from him.

“Where the hell am I?” Her eyes looked around the unfamiliar room in total unrecognition
