CHAPTER 36

Chris and Richard got to the building in no time. Richard marvelled at the sight of the magnificent building and Chris nudged him.

"They'll look at you funny if you keep staring like that," Chris said. "Try to act normal."

Richard nodded and looked around.

"So you mean all this is yours," He whispered in excitement. "Like you're going to head such a big company someday."

"Yeah," Chris nodded. "But look beyond all this, man. There are a lot of things you don't know about being a Bolton."

"Oh please," Richard grunted. "Spare me the stories, mate. You're living my dream life. Quit trying to be modest every single time."

Chris sighed and walked through the open sliding door. There was no need trying to convince someone like Richard that being a Bolton was harder than he thought it was. Time was going to tell.

Chris stopped at the door to Arthur's office and he turned to face Richard.

"You can wait for me outside," Chris said. "I won't be long."
