“Come on, beautiful aunt. Don’t pretend to be pure. Don’t you also want a better life?”

The voice of a young man sounded arrogant and slightly drunk. It made Fang Zhe’s heart tremble violently.

He recognized that voice. Zhao Ming Yao, the third young master of the Zhao family—known for being arrogant, brutal, and untouchable by family law.

When Fang Zhe pushed the wine storage room door slightly open, he saw his aunt being forced against the wall. Her face was pale, her hands trembling as she tried to resist Zhao Ming Yao, who approached her with a disgusting smile.

The sight tore Fang Zhe’s heart apart.

Outside, heavy rain poured over the Zhao family compound, soaking the vast marble courtyard like that of an ancient noble estate. But for Fang Zhe, the real storm was in this room.

Since childhood, he had lived under the Zhao family’s roof—not as a member, but merely as a skinny youth in simple servant’s clothes. He didn’t know his origins, not even who his parents were.

The only family he had left was his aunt, a simple woman who worked tirelessly in the Zhao family kitchen to support the two of them.

“Young Master Zhao, please stop… I’m just a servant… Y-you…” his aunt’s voice trembled in fear.

“Precisely because you’re just a servant—who would dare report it?” Zhao Ming Yao chuckled softly.

At that moment, Fang Zhe’s grip loosened. The tea tray he had been holding fell to the floor with a loud crash.

Claaang!

“What are you doing?!” Fang Zhe’s voice was cold, but his face burned with rage.

Zhao Ming Yao turned, raised an eyebrow, then laughed mockingly. “Oh? A little servant? Daring to interrupt my entertainment?”

Fang Zhe stepped inside without hesitation.

“Let Aunt Mei go… or else!”

“Or else what? You think you can order me around here?”

“I—I’ll kill you!” Fang Zhe shouted, forcing himself to be brave.

Several of Zhao’s guards standing in the corner began to approach as Fang Zhe stood there, confronting them.

“This kid’s crazy.”

“A lowly servant wants to play hero?”

Zhao Ming Yao snorted coldly, then slapped Aunt Mei and shoved her aside.

“You dare threaten me?”

He laughed softly, but his eyes turned cold like blades. The next second, he stepped forward.

Then—

BAM!

His fist slammed into Fang Zhe’s face without warning, sending Fang Zhe flying into a rack of wine bottles.

Bottles shattered everywhere, the smell of alcohol mixing with blood as it filled the room.

Fang Zhe fell to the ground, his head ringing violently. Yet he still struggled to get up.

“Let go… of my aunt…” he muttered hoarsely.

“You can still talk?” Zhao Ming Yao clicked his tongue in disgust.

“A nameless servant with no background… and you think you can challenge me?”

With a slight gesture from him, the guards immediately moved.

A kick struck Fang Zhe’s stomach. Heavy punches rained down on his back and face. Each blow felt like his bones were breaking one by one.

Thud! Bam! Crack!

Fang Zhe coughed violently, blood flowing from the corner of his lips. His vision blurred, yet his eyes remained open, fixed on the only thing keeping him conscious—his aunt, Liu Mei.

“Y-young Master Ming Yao, don’t hurt Fang Zhe!” Aunt Mei cried, her voice breaking in tears.

But Zhao Ming Yao had already stepped closer and pressed his leather shoe onto Fang Zhe’s chest.

“Did you hear that?” he said with a faint smile. “How your aunt is begging me not to kill you?”

Fang Zhe’s eyelids grew heavy. He no longer cared about Zhao Ming Yao’s words. As his consciousness faded, he saw Zhao Ming Yao’s shadow moving toward his aunt again.

He could only hear suppressed sobs. He heard a low laugh that froze his blood.

And then…

Whooosh! Whooosh! Whooosh!

Fang Zhe gasped for breath as he looked around.

All he saw was darkness.

“Th-thank goodness… it was just a dre—” before he could finish, he realized the truth.

It wasn’t a dream.

His body was at the bottom of a deep abyss.

“I-if this isn’t a dream… th-then how am I in this abyss?”

DIIIIIING!

A bell-like sound suddenly echoed in his mind.

“Congratulations, you have become the new host of the supreme system to become a god instantly?!”

“A s-system?!”

DIIIIING!

“That’s right, Master! You actually died, but fate has bound us together like destined partners! As long as you complete missions, all your grudges—even becoming a god—will no longer be a dream!”

Still thinking logically, Fang Zhe suspected it was a hallucination. But the system immediately spoke again:

“What are you thinking? A hallucination? Do you still think this is a dream?”

Hearing that, Fang Zhe replied in his mind,

“If you’re really that powerful—able to turn someone into a god… can you help me get out of this abyss?”

A mocking smile appeared on his face.

DIIIIIIING!

The bell rang again, followed by the system’s calm voice.

“As a reward for our unexpected meeting… the system grants you temporary energy wings.”

WOOOOSH!

From Fang Zhe’s back, a pair of wings resembling a phoenix suddenly appeared.

His eyes widened in shock, his body stiff as he tried to confirm whether what he saw was real.

“Master, this first reward is temporary… You must get out quickly, or it will disappear.”

Snapping out of his daze, Fang Zhe cursed.

“You’re incredible, but I don’t even know how to use these wings. How am I supposed to fly?!”

“Master, flap the wings. One flap is enough to lift you ten meters. Move like a phoenix dancing in the sky!”

As he tried…

Fang Zhe’s face could no longer hide his shock.

He was actually flying out of the abyss!

Moments later, after escaping from the bottom…

His gaze fell upon a quiet village road.

But the road was paved with smooth asphalt—unlike any village he had seen before.

“Where am I? And why does this village look… modern?”

“Master, you are at the outskirts of Dead Village, south of Shange City. Time: 08:00, January, year 2026.”

He nodded slowly.

Then an even greater shock appeared in his eyes.

“Y-year 2026?! Ja-January?! Are you crazy?! I clearly—”

His raised voice drew the attention of a villager nearby.

The villager raised an eyebrow, seeing a ragged young man shouting at empty space.

“Hey… are you some new lunatic?”

A few seconds later...The figure emerging from behind the grand doors was not Han Mujun. Instead, it was a well-built man in a deep blue robe that billowed wildly in the fierce wind generated by his own surging Qi. He had a square jaw and a bloodthirsty gaze that radiated a chilling aura, completely distinct from the freezing temperature of Fang Zhe's ice.He was Han Wuyu, the biological older brother of Elder Han Su.Han Wuyu stepped down the marble stairs slowly, yet every single footstep left a small fracture in the floor. His eyes locked instantly onto the row of his family members frozen like street decorations, before shifting toward Fang Zhe, who stood calmly in their midst."So, you are the brat named Fang Zhe?" Han Wuyu’s voice was deep and raspy, carrying a heavy pressure that made Siska’s chest tighten inside the car. "You destroyed our Patriarch’s hand, and what is even more unforgivable... you left my younger brother, Han Su, permanently crippled and dying! Just for esco

The black sedan driven by Siska glided along a private asphalt road surrounded by lush, dense trees. The domain of the Han Family was not just a mere residential complex; it was an exclusive district enclosed by five-meter-high concrete walls topped with electrified barbed wire.In the distance, the main building of the Han residence stood tall, resembling a medieval fortress blended with modern architecture. An aura of luxury and power radiated intensely from it, as if every single brick had been built upon piles of gold and the bones of their enemies. However, when their car was only a hundred meters away from the heavily guarded main gate, the road was no longer clear.CIIIIIIEEEEEETTT!Siska slammed on the brakes. The four-meter-high iron gates groaned and shuddered violently—not from a physical touch, but from a concussive wave of air pressure exploding from Fang Zhe’s body. The guards, who had been howling with laughter just moments ago, froze instantly. Their mockery was swallowed back down their throats as they felt the atmosphere around them suddenly turn as heavy as lead."What is... Ugh!" The scarred guard’s eyes bulged in shock.CRASH! CRASH! CRASH!Without Fang Zhe lifting a single finger, an overwhelming gravitational pressure slammed into the shoulders of the six guards simultaneously. The sickening crack of knees hitting the asphalt echoed through the air. They were all forced into a kowtow position, their faces pressed hard against the cold ground."W-what is this?! My body... I can’t move!" one of the guards roared with a choked voice. His lungs felt as if they were being crushed by the weight of a thousand tons."Help! Fang Zhe narrowed his eyes as he listened to the system’s new mission. 50,000 points. That amount was enough to purchase any technique he could dream of for Aunt Mei and Dr. Irma—perhaps even enough to buy a whole continent if the system was in a generous mood."Sky Luck Pavilion, huh? You don't need to remind me; I remember it well," Fang Zhe muttered coldly. He stood up, flicking his black robe which now radiated a faint crimson aura—an effect of the God’s Blood that had just fused with his meridians. Without wasting time, he pulled out his phone and dialed Siska’s number."Siska, pick me up at the inter-provincial road coordinates, right at the edge of the Ancient Mountain forest. Now.""Understood, Sir! I’m on my way!"An hour later, a luxury black sedan with dark tinted windows pulled over with a smooth screech of tires at the edge of the deserted asphalt road. Siska stepped out of the driver's seat, bowing respectfully as she saw Fang Zhe walking out from the dense forest."Mast

"DAMN SYSTEEMMM! YOU REALLY ARE A BLOODSUCKING PIECE OF JUNK!" Fang Zhe roared so loudly that pebbles crumbled from the cave ceiling. His breath was ragged, his eyes bulging at the transparent panel before him which casually displayed a big fat zero in the points column. The hopes he had held so high just moments ago were instantly shattered."Two missions! I fought with everything I had, facing lions, bears, and even that old geezer just to collect points! Han Mujun and the members of the great family suddenly froze in their tracks. The air in the cave, which had begun to cool, instantly turned oppressive once more. Fang Zhe’s Qi pressure, now far denser after absorbing the blood pond, locked every one of their joints in place."What do you mean, boy?" Han Mujun turned with great effort, his wrinkled face drenched in cold sweat. "You’ve already destroyed my hand, seized the Blood Pond, and shamed my name. What more do you want?!"Fang Zhe walked casually, stepping over puddles of ice and blood, before leaning against the now-cracked cave wall."It’s simple," Fang Zhe said, idly tapping his fingers. "You all entered this place with the intent to kill me, ruined the view while I was working, and forced me to pay a very expensive system 'admin' fee. Do you really think I’d let you leave with your wallets still full?"He then pointed to the floor in front of him."Lay all your valuables right there. Your ATM cards along with their PINs, fam
