Like earlier said the planned inmates going from the New United citizens and the Descendants of the Perfect Men were more of pacifists so relying on them to represent and therefore earn more money for World Island apart from the money they earn from the bets and the hosting of the SCRIMMAGE Arena events would just be a ridiculous thought
The partnership with Heavy Sports Industries and hosting of the SCRIMMAGE Arena events in World Island allowed the inmates and World Island as a whole to take part in the bets and as for betting on fighters on each event it wasn't just like how betting on any other sport is where losses could be made more than wins could but it could still be managed but now because of the structure of the events and all the cheats the SCRIMMAGE Arena events and betting on fighters was way more confusing and easily losable
