CHAPTER 60

Emily had never seen the big man before. He led her through the grand room into the doors that she’d seen Damon and his girlfriend disappear into a short week ago. She was led inside and the door was closed behind her. She nervously clutched the envelope in her left hand. She wasn’t sure what she had seen earlier on the campus with Damon’ bodyguard, and she wasn’t she wanted to know what the hell she did see. However, she had to pursue it when a note was slipped under her door for a story of a lifetime. All she had to do was deliver this note to Damon.

“You wish to see me?”

She jumped, startled because she hadn’t heard him enter. The light was dim in the room, just as when she saw the two lovers dancing together. She was still taken back by his handsome looks. She though she must have looked like a fool with her mouth hanging open. Then again, he should be used to it by now. She also thought his assistant was handsome until he showed her that freaky part
