Chapter 19
The party ended and the hall was full of murmurs as everyone tried to make their way out of the hall. To this effect, Amelia squeezed herself out of the hall and reached for her car. She zoomed it off and she was home in no time.

Her legs were painful so she removed the shoes and started walking bare feet, clutching her shoes. She had entered the house and was reaching the stairs when she heard someone clapping.

"Well done, Amelia." Granny Modella approached her.

"Granny, you are home already." Amelia turned around and declared with a tired tone.

"Don't you dare change the topic of our conversation. You knew about this collaboration between Storm and Marchburry, yet, you went ahead and hide it away from us? This only shows how egoistic you are." Modella said with lots of disdain.

"I'm not ready for that. If you want we can talk about it tomorrow. Good night." Amelia muttered. She turned again and was walking up the stairs.

"Young woman, stop there," Modella yelled, but it wasn't enoug
