Finally alone after so long, Arran was excited. Because Vice Dean Hubert was with him, he couldn’t express himself freely and always felt stifled and bound. Especially after seeing the marvels that existed in the Central Canyon after flying over it.

Arran wanted to explore everywhere so badly that it was very hard to control his urge to jump out the window right now. But he calmed himself and waited.

As much as Arran wanted to explore the Central Canyon, he didn’t want to do it with the Vice Dean trailing beside him at all times, so he wanted to be sure nobody would discover he was gone.

As for what Vice Dean Hubert said about the Liberation faction wanting to break the contract they had with the Aeth and what significance it had to his safety, after thinking about it deeply, Arran figured that no matter what attitude the liberation faction and the Gullans in general head toward the Aeth, as a royal, his safety was very assured while he was here.
