An offensive stench hit Lucas as soon as he stepped foot into the room. But there was no one inside, just an empty bed and thick curtains covering everywhere. “Daisy? Someone is here to see you.” Dexter said. “Go away! I don’t want to see anyone!” A fragile voice muttered. It was hard to tell if it was a male or female voice. Lucas sensed pain in the voice. He had to move close to the direction instantly. He noticed that Dexter and his wife didn’t want to go into the room because of the stench while they twisted their noses, but he didn’t bother about them. “Daisy? Is that you?” Lucas said calmly, still moving slowly in that direction. The curtain in front of him was bulged, meaning that someone was hiding there. “Daisy? It’s okay. I am here to help you. Can you please come out?” “No! I can’t I don’t want to scare you! Everyone thinks I am a monster! They run away as soon as they see me!” “I won’t run. Many parts of her body suffered the same fate. “I am so sorry, Daisy. I will make sure you smile again. No one will ever make fun of you.” Lucas moved closer to Daisy to observe her, but she had something to whisper to him. “Please take me away from here.
