"Yes. Get it done as quickly as possible."

As soon as the caller acknowledged the call, I dropped the call and fixed the receiver into its place. I sighed and pushed the glasses down the rim of my nose. The doctor had warned me to start using glasses for preventive measures, since I always had my eyes glued to files and the PC. 

"Where were we?"

As I made to concentrate on my work, I heard the elevator ping ahead of my office. I couldn't say why the elevator sounded exceptionally loud this time. 

I looked up in the direction, to see whoever was there. I hadn't put a call through yet, neither was I expecting anyone. I need enough time to think about what to do with this asshat Dare. 

"Who are these?"

I pushed the glasses up again. The frames of the people now walking towards my office became quite conspicuous.
