First Spell

Immediately, a huge wave of pain took over Elijah's senses as he felt numb. There was no need to open his eyes as he knew his clones had been killed.

Also, he could tell that the direwolf was rushing towards him at the moment so there was no way he could stop chanting the spell.

Once he did, that would be the end of everything and he would become a meal for the direwolf. But then the chant was not completed, and besides, he needed to concentrate or else the spell was going to end up backfiring.

Knowing quite well the danger, Elijah concentrated on the chant and soon, his surroundings became extremely hot as the fireball spell slowly took shape.

A big fireball, twice as big as Elijah's head was hovering in the air right in front of him. Elijah was shocked seeing this, but there was no time to be surprised, he had to act, the direwolf was almost close to him.

Besides, he had only a shot, so he couldn't afford to miss it, or else he was going to become a meal to the direwolf.
