"Aunt," Lucas called out after finishing hugging his mother.

"Aunt is the one who saved me, Mom," he continued to explain.

Eugene recognized that face. The person called aunt by her child was Jane, who suddenly disappeared seven years ago. It would be a lie if Eugene said she wasn't surprised, but her surprise wasn't something negative. She just didn't expect to meet that woman again after so long, even in such an unexpected situation.

Meanwhile, Kalix was still stunned by what he saw. Lucas came with someone else, instead of the police who were tasked with finding his son. For a moment, he was almost speechless, until Jane herself greeted first.

"What an incredibly extraordinary coincidence, isn't it?" Jane smiled until her eyes narrowed. "I found the child on the south beach. I didn't expect him to be your son."

"Yes. I was very surprised and of course, very grateful for helping Lucas meet us." Kalix smiled sincerely.
