Chapter 01

“Sixt? Why are you home so early today?” Fiona asked, nervously pulling the blanket to cover her naked body.

Sixt’s expression was like ice. He stared coldly at the two of them in horror. His mouth fell wide open as he tried to digest this hurtful emotion.

Henry, the man he could recognize as her boss was naked and drenched in sweat. He had seen Henry many times; Fiona always claimed they were just discussing work.

“Oh, so it’s my fault then? I came back early, and interrupted your filthy little secret?” Never in his wildest dreams did he think that his beloved girlfriend would get fucked by her boss in his own house!

He was desperately trying to contain his rage, but his trembling fists betrayed just how close he was to losing control.

Fiona clutched the covers tighter, her face still red. “Sixt, Go outside! I'll explain later.”

"What?! Explain later?" Sixt's voice rose unconsciously, his eyebrows twitching with rage. He couldn't believe Fiona was still stalling. "Didn't you say Henry was your boss and you only discussed work?"

He turned back to Henry, narrowing his eyes. And that shameless man actually had a smile on his face.

"Mr. Henry, what a pleasure to finally meet you, especially under these circumstances," Sixt's voice dripped with sarcasm. "Is this work? What exactly is going on here? Explain!"

Seeing Sixt getting increasingly agitated, almost spitting in Henry's face, Fiona sharply cut off his interrogation.

"I said get out, Sixt! Do you absolutely have to make such an ugly scene?!"

Sixt was momentarily speechless, then quickly understood Fiona was defending her boss.

He laughed bitterly out of sheer fury. "You were just in bed with another man, and now you want to kick me out and make me wait? Have me wait outside while you two finish your 'business'?"

Henry sneered, standing up to step between Sixt and Fiona.

“Oh, poor guy. Let me tell you what happened. We’ve had sex. On and on. Your girlfriend is so good, you know? Yeah, so what about it, kid?”

To him, Sixt was just some naive, poor loser, still clinging to the fantasy that Fiona could have any feelings for him.

"Grow up, Sixt," Henry said smugly, his voice thick with arrogance. "You really think you're in my league? I'm Henry Medina! The panties I buy your girlfriend cost more than your scooter!"

Henry gave Sixt a hard shove, sending him stumbling backward for getting too close. Sixt sucked in a sharp breath, barely managing to keep his balance.

Sixt’s eyes snapped to Fiona. Disbelief washed over his face. They didn’t even bother to pretend there was nothing between them. A sharp, burning ache bloomed in his chest, spreading like fire through his ribs, up into his throat, choking him.

His heart felt like it might crack under the weight of it all.

He finally spoke. “I can't believe you're fucking your boss on our bed!”

Fiona met his angry gaze with nothing but disdain. Her lip curled as she spat her response. “Come on, Sixt, stop whining.” Her tone was icy, slicing through him like a blade. “You make me sick.”

She folded her arms, her expression a mask of contempt. “You walk around pretending to be this perfect guy, but you’re pathetic. I just can’t stand you, so I choose to be with Henry. You don’t even see how desperate you look.”

She shook her head slowly, like she was finally done pretending. “You thought being nice was enough? Thought just being there made you worthy of me?” Her voice turned venomous. “It didn’t. It never did. You’ve been disgusting me for a long time, Sixt.”

Fiona’s words hit Sixt like a fist to the chest, each syllable slicing through his heart. He stared at her, his mind reeling, unable to grasp the venom in her voice.

“Disgusting?” His voice trembled, raw with disbelief. “Fiona, haven’t I done everything for you? Bent over backwards to give you the life you wanted?”

Fiona scoffed, her eyes rolling with undisguised contempt. “Everything? Spare me, Sixt. You think your pathetic little gestures ever meant anything to me? You’re delusional if you thought I’d fall for you just because you played the doting boyfriend.”

Her lips curled into a sneer. “You? My boyfriend? You’re nothing but an embarrassment. A Nobody.”

"As if I'd ever let you touch me. To me, you're nothing more than my errand boy, my slave."

Sixt stood frozen, her words echoing in his skull like a death knell. He’d braced himself for an explanation, maybe some admission of where he’d gone wrong. He’d clung to the belief that they’d once shared love, or at least something real.

But this? The revelation that Fiona had never seen him as anything but beneath her, from the very start, shattered him.

“Henry,” she said, her voice softening as she glanced at her lover, “is the only man worthy of me. You?”

Her gaze flicked back to Sixt, cold and cutting. “You’re nothing compared to him. A pathetic, worthless loser who makes my skin crawl. Now that you’ve seen the truth, there’s nothing left to say. Pack your things and get out of my house.”

The cruelty of her words left Sixt reeling, each one stripping away the illusions he’d built around their life together.

His body shook, anguish giving way to a searing, all-consuming rage.

“Your house?” he roared, his voice cracking with fury. “I poured my blood and sweat into buying this place, and you have the nerve to claim it for you and this… this adulterer?” His fists clenched, trembling as he glared at Fiona and the smirking Henry beside her.

Henry let out a lazy chuckle.

"Oh, give it a rest, mate," He cut in. "Stop talking crap. This house is legally Fiona's. It has absolutely nothing to do with you, got it?"

Henry let out a big laugh. “I guess a poor bastard like you can’t keep any girlfriend!”

With a burning pain in Sixt's heart, he raised his fist and landed a punch on Henry's laughing face.

“Go to hell! You screwed my life, now I’ll break your fucking face!” He shouted on top of his lungs!

Sixt didn't give him time to recover! He rushed towards him, punching him hard!

“Sixt! Are you out of your fucking mind!” Fiona barked, jumping out of her bed!
