The Purple Viper Sect was a 6-star sect that was famous in the Southern Wu-Lim world at that time. This sect was known as a sect that practiced heretical techniques in the form of poison and heretical arts learned from Dark Beast creatures.

The experts in this Purple Viper Sect were said to be cultivators, descendants of snake race creatures that originated from a magical Realm in the South of this Continent — that Realm was said to have appeared thousands of years ago, and its whereabouts were now unknown.
