Theodore also looked at her carefully and then noticed that lucy was right Maria is at the same level as him. Jake looked at the women and said “Sister you sure she looks around the same age as you.” Lucy nodded and said “They both must belong to a big family we should not have a fight with them as you can see that even maids are Mages and both young master Noah and young Miss Ana are just standing at side I will try and solve this problem.”

Lucy moved forwards and said “Miss my name is Lucy Capbell, I am sorry about my brothers can you forgive them and let this matter be.”

Maria smiled seeing her “So Capbell family has people with brains as well, Oh! you are also a mage.” Lucy nodded so Maria continued “how old are you?”. Theodore was angry at the girl bad mouthing Capbell family but he stayed silent when remembering Maria level.

Lucy looked at her and answered “I am twenty-four.” Maria nodded and smiled at her “You are already a second star Elementary Mage.” Maria got up from her chair and walked towards her “Miss Lucy I am Twenty-Eight and as you expect I am already a Third Star Elementary Mage, as you asked politely I can let your brother who bad mouthed me be forgiven but the other one he will have to suffer a little.”

Everyone was terrified at hearing Maria words. As the north of the empire was known more for their knights so just becoming a First Star Elementary Mage was an accomplishment and Capbell house was the leading house of mages of the north but out of nowhere a genius has shown up already at the level of Viscount at the young age of less than thirty so this was a shock to all the people.

Lucy heard this and asked “Miss Please can you tell me what Henry has done for you to get this angry.” Maria answered without much change in expression “You are the eldest right” Lucy nodded but before she could say something Maria continued “so you should know when someone hits your younger sibling you cannot control yourself and Alton is my brother and my life so if anyone hit him I have to take revenge as an elder sister.”

Lucy looked at Henry with sharp and angry eyes so she asked “Miss if I am not wrong you both should belong to a noble family can you let me know the name. We will like to make a formal apology.” Maria smiled and looked at Alton and he nodded so Maria took out the family token and showed it to Lucy while saying “My name is Maria Von Teren and brother name is Alton Von Teren and Miss Lucy Capbell I hope we can be friends after this as I have just come here.”

Theodore, Henry, Jake and the guard mouth was completely open as they all were terrified that what they have done but the situation of the others were also not good as they were shocked as well because the Teren family was one of the most famous family in the Empire and all the people in the Empire grow up hearing the brave stories of Teren Family Ancestors.  

Lucy looked at the token which had a falcon carved on It and sighed but she returned it to Maria with a smile “We are really sorry that we have offended you two so is there any way we can finish it.”

Maria thought for it a second and then answered “Miss Lucy as you are being so good and I also want to be your friend how about this that guard make him stand under my full pressure for a minute because he hit my brother and then we can call it quits.”

All the people were speechless because if a Third Star Elementary Mage use full power on the guard the best case will be being bedridden for at least a year. Lucy bit her lips because she knew that Maria was already giving her face and there was no other way for her solve this because the Capbell family was in wrong this time she looked towards her father who was also speechless.

At the same time a carriage stopped in front of the shop, a man came out of it and entered the café he had red hair with a well build body seeing the situation he was speechless as one person saw him he said “The Lord is here.”

Hearing this all the people bowed towards him with respect and stayed in the bow but Alton and Maria gave a bow and stood straight as Teren family was at the same rank so they just needed to greet him formally.

The man was Lucas and while looking at all the people he said in commanding tone “Straighten up.” He turned towards Noah and Ava “Come here and explain what happened.” Ava and Noah moved closer and told Lucas all that had happened.

Lucas passed a sharp look to Theodore before turning towards Maria and Alton said “I am really sorry Maria, Alton that this happened to you both on the first day here.”

Maria smiled and answered “No problem Count the problem was almost finished.” Lucas was shocked hearing this but then Maria turned towards Theodore and with a serious tone asked “So are you letting me do what I want or should the Teren family ask you officially.”

Lucas stayed silent because it was between them and if he took either side he was going to suffer. Theodore looked at the guard “Do it.” The guard face turned became pale when he reluctantly walked forward while thinking ‘I should not have given that idea to that idiot I dug my own grave.’

As the guard stopped a few distance from Maria unleashed her full pressure all the people were shocked because the guard was glued to the floor immediately. Lucas was also shocked this as he thought that Maria was a girl who didn’t take revenge but from the story explained by Noah and Ava he understood that anyone who hurt Alton will suffer like this.

Lucas said with a smile and in low voice which was only he could hear “Aldwin what monster have you adopted in your family.” The guard spitted blood out of his mouth after being in pressure for ten second so Alton moved closer to Maria and said “Sister let it go this much is enough.”

Maria immediately stopped and said “My brother said so I am leaving you alone next time be careful.” The guard just thanked her because he could not even move anymore. Maria turned towards Theodore “This incident is finished right.” Theodore nodded like a small boy and Lucas, Noah and Ana were about to laugh but controlled it and Maria looked at Lucy and said “Miss Lucy it was good meeting you how about you come to Teren house for tea in five days.”

Lucy was speechless but quickly pulled herself and with a smile on her face “It will be a pleasure.” Maria smiled while nodding and then left with count his family and Alton but before they left Lucas looked at Theodore “I will be expecting an explanation on this incident.”

Theodore nodded without realizing and thanking his daughter in his heart for stopping a big storm which was coming towards them.

As Alton and other reached the mansion Lucas once again apologized to Alton and Maria to which Maria replied “Count no need for you to apologize we have solved the problem now and I am sorry for making it hard for you.”

Lucas smiled towards Maria which shaking his head “NO NO you are my guests and my bestfriend children if something did happen to one of you, I don’t know what will happen but can you keep this from Aldwin.” Maria smiled and nodded while replying to Lucas “Of course. “

Lucas sighed of relief because if this got to Aldwin ear there will be some serious consequences for the Capbell family. As it was already the time for the dinner when they reached back so all of them went to the dining room and as they settled down Sophia also joined them.

When Sophia heard of the incident from Lucas her facial expression kept on changing and after listening through the whole incident Sophia apologized to Maria and Alton but they just replied that it was not because of them and the incident was already solved.

Sophia then said while looking at Lucas “The Capbell family is getting too full of themselves it is about time to remind them that they cannot do whatever they want.” Lucas nodded to this and while the six were chatting the maids served the dinner and while having dinner Alton thought of something which he had forgotten so he quickly finished the dinner and then said “I will be retiring for the day.”
