80. THE QUEEN ARRIVES TO HUMBLE KINGS

Granger sneered at Arthur, he was a pest on his side. He did not know when to give up and walk away, the latter was always meddling in his ambitions acting as a hindrance to his goals. Ever since he got word of him, he had been wary of Arthur, he organized the summit between rankers in an attempt to kill him but that failed too.

Arthur reminded Granger of someone.

Granger chuckled remembering that one friend he had back in his timeline. He was like the man before him, obnoxious, he never knew when to stop probing into people's businesses until he got killed.

Arthur looked at the chuckling man, he raised an eyebrow wondering if the latter had gone senile. “What is so funny?”

Granger hummed upon hearing the question, what was funny?

He looked up at the ceiling unable to find the right words. He contemplated his choice of speech before he began to reply.

“You remind me of someone, a person I held dear to me,” Granger replied reminiscing of the past.
