His Redemption

His deep, keen set of eyes scanned through the humans and stopped at a certain someone

It was her. She was here

Her brown hair was let loose and her pretty brown eyes stared at him with curiosity

His redemption

His eyes remained on her face for a while before he whispered something to the butler. And then he walked upstairs

"Now, a few amongst you all would be selected to work here in the Palace and the rest of you would be taken immediately to your rightful places " said the butler

Harmony with two other slaves walked behind the stoic looking butler as he led them to their rooms

"This is the servant's quarter, you shall resume work tomorrow morning and they would be no room for delay " The slaves hesitantly nodded their head and walked inside the room "Not you..." he said to Harmony who was about to go in as well "Come with me"

Harmony glanced at the room and then went along with the butler. She gaped at the mansion as they passed by different doors and went towards the East-wing

The butler came to stop at a door and turned around to look at her

"You shall be resting here till further instructions "and then he walked away

Harmony walked inside the room and once again gaped at the size. It was a high-cellinged room.There was a large bed with several pillows, three cushions and a large wardrobe at the side. She questioned herself as to why she was given a separate aside from that of the other slaves and that too, an elegant looking one

Hearing the sound of footsteps, Harmony turned her head towards the door and saw a lady in a black and white uniform

"Come with me, dear" Harmony said nothing and followed the woman into the bathroom "Now, take off your clothes "

Harmony stared at the lady with a raised brow, what did she mean by telling her to take her clothes off "Dear, your clothes are dirty and so are you, take off your clothes and make this easy for the both of us"

Harmony sat in front of the mirror, her skin was the most cleanest it had ever been, her brown hair was combed neatly to the back such that it loosely glided down her waist

This was the first time ever she was receiving such treatment, the lady took her time in getting her body washed and getting her dressed

Harmony was still yet to get what was happening around her head, she had no idea why she was given a separate and luxurious room
