Chapter Forty Seven

Keith approached the large building with Camila's arm latched around his as he led her into his house. He was damn delighted to have a place he could call his own and that he no longer had to live in a hotel room anymore. He glanced down at Camila whose eyes were trained on the path ahead with her eyes bright like a kid presented with her favorite candy, he moved his gaze to their joined hands and his heart warmed with satisfaction.

“I'm so excited,” Camila squeaked, lightly brushing her shoulder with his as they moved down the path, the mare contact caused Keith's stomach to tighten.

Keith rolled his eyes, “And you call me overly dramatic when you are here overreacting about a house you have already seen countless times.”

Camila huffed in annoyance, tilting her head back to glare at him. “You are so annoying when you run your mouth, Keith. Jeez, you don't have to ruin it for me, I'm just trying to raise the eagerness and thrill.”
