A few days in the new lab ....

"You can't do that, Sir." Diko argued. "My boss has taken over ownership of this land ...."

"Where are the papers then?" asked Ronnie in a debt-collector-like tone.

"The letters, that's my boss's business." Diko stood his ground.

"If you can't show us the papers, we'll take over the land!" threatened Ronnie as he tugged on Diko's shirt collar. "Do you know who I am? I'm Herman Delvino's son, you should know that name!"

Diko staggered backwards as Ronnie pushed him hard.

"Then can you show me the ownership letter from the Delvino family, sir?" said Diko while smoothing the front of his shirt.

"What?"

"Didn't you say that if there's no letter, it means the ownership can be in anyone's name?" replied Diko cleverly.

Ronnie's face turned bright red when he heard Diko's words. He then turned to his men who were still standing at attention and shouted, "Level this place with the ground, now!"
