Chapter - 2 Legendary System Activated

"But sir, I didn't do anything---" Patrick begged and begged.

But the Manager throws him out of the bar.

"They are right, I should never hire a disgusting person like you. You brought shame to the bar, I didn't want to see you again. You're fired!" the manager said.

The manager closed the door in front of Patrick. He was insulted by the manager and fired at the same time. He loses hope to live because he didn't know where to start once again. He was completely devastated right now and didn't know what to do in his life.

Patrick left John's room with his hope dashed and feeling that the whole world was against him. He had lost the only job that he had to be able to keep living, now he would live off in the streets again. He desperately needed the job to be able to support himself but, now he doesn't know what to do, he lost all of his hope on living.

Suddenly, a strange buzzing sound sounded in his ear.

"What was that?" Patrick asked, perplexed.

Then, a screen that only Patrick could see appeared beyond his eyes.

"What is this?"

Patrick was confused as hell about the transparent screen that appeared in front of him, he touched the screen, but his hand passed through it. The object was exactly like in the sci-fiction stories. "But it felt real? Why am I seeing something like this?"

"What is happening!?" Patrick was so confused about what was happening around him, words keep appearing in front of him and calm voices were whispering around his ears.

"Who are you? Reveal yourself! I can't understand what is happening right now,"  Patrick asked bewildered.

"What the heck is this system?" Patrick was still shocked by the information that was stored inside of his brain, everything was new for him.

"What?" Patrick was shocked when he realised that the balance in his bank account was skyrocketing.

Patrick never expected that he would have 900 trillion dollars in his bank account. He was overwhelmed by the thought that he could now afford all the things he wanted to buy.

"Wait, is this even true? I would double check my bank account," he asked, astonished.

"Wow! I never thought that I could have this much money in my account. Just a few hours back I was kicked out from my 100 dollar job and now I am having 900 trillion dollars." Patrick was amused with the sudden changes in his life. 

Suddenly, his stomach growled in hunger. He blushed with embarrassment and thought to have his first expensive lunch in the 5 star Grand hotel. He would try to see if the money that his system gave him is legit.
