Chapter 1: Wake up from Your Dream!

"Make me some coffee!” Glenn ordered.

Fero stared confusedly, “Now, Master?”

Glenn looked irritated, “Why? You don't want to make it?"

Fero shook his head quickly, "But it's twelve o'clock at night, Young Master. If you drink coffee today, tomorrow you will wake up late. You will-"

"Just make it! Hurry!" Glenn interrupted, looked annoyed.

Fero glanced anxiously at the wall clock but he finally chose to do what his master ordered. He only took a few minutes to serve the coffee.

Glenn then enjoyed his coffee while standing in front of his window and just went to bed at four in the morning.

A few hours later, Fero was about to give up when he couldn't even wake Glenn up. However, on his twenty-ninth attempt, it paid off. Glenn woke up at ten.

"Fer, prepare my clothes!" Glenn said.

Meanwhile, in Brawijaya Corporation which was the number one telecommunication company in Indonesia, Andi Brawijaya was seen sitting frozen in his chair.

"Let's just start the meeting!" he decided then.

"But Glenn is not coming yet," Satria said, Andi Brawijaya's younger brother who served as finance director.

Andi answered flatly, "No."

"But this project should be the responsibility of Glenn, brother," Satria said.

Andi struggled with his heart. He was also extremely angry because he was not considered by his son as his father. Two hours earlier he had warned his son about the meeting he had to attend this morning via a short message.

But in fact his only son had embarrassed himself again in front of all the directors of his company.

"Just leave it."

Satria secretly smiled crookedly and started the meeting.

An hour later, the door to the room opened. All eyes suddenly looked towards the door with a questioning look.

"Sorry, Dad. I'm late," Glenn said as he appeared so casually.

Some of the important people glanced at each other, while Andi Brawijaya was glaring angrily at his son. "Do you know what time it is, Glenn?"

"A half pas eleven," Glenn replied casually and he sat down in a chair near his father.

"Did you forget the meeting starts at ten?" Andi asked, trying hard to suppress his anger.

"No."

Andi gritted his teeth, "If you haven't forgotten, why you are coming late?"

"Because I just woke up at ten."

That casual answer suddenly made Andi even angrier. He also threw a folder containing files that they were discussing earlier in annoyance to Glenn. The folder hit Glenn's chest.

Everyone gasped in shock. But Glenn only glanced at the papers briefly and remained silent without expression.

Andi, whose breath was ragged, said, "Meeting is over!"

One by one of the directors came out of the meeting and now only Andi and Glenn alone.

"What do you want? Tell Daddy!" Andi said breathlessly.

"Nothing."

Andi said, "Can't you just be right once? How long are you going to act casually and embarrass your father like this?"

"Behave properly, Father?" Glenn asked so casually.

"Behave like a gentleman, Glenn."

Glenn raised his eyebrows, "Oh, what's that like? It can't be like you, right?"

The Andi's left brow twitched. He said softly, "What do you mean?"

"Think for yourself!" Glenn said.

He continued to say, "The meeting's over, right, Dad?"

Andi didn't have time to react, Glenn already got up from his chair and stepped out of the room, "I'll go home first, Dad."

"What do you mean? You have a lot of work to do, Glenn."

"Glenn!" screeched Andi.

Glenn yawned, "But I'm so sleepy, Dad. I'm not sure I can do the job properly. Instead of Dad getting mad because I made a mistake, I better go home."

"Glenn, you can't go on like this. Glenn-"

"Dad, this company won't go bankrupt just because I didn't come to work right?"

"You-"

"I'll go home first and please say my apology to mom because I couldn't meet her," Glenn said so casually.

Andi Brawijaya kicked off his desk as soon as his son left there.

He impatiently called back to Edgar, “Do it right now!”

"Yes, Sir.”

Glenn was satisfied to have avenged his father for ruining his party last night. With a smile on his lips, he walked towards the elevator but his smile just disappeared when he ran into one of the people he didn't like.

"Continue to act like this, Young Master Brawijaya. The more naughty you are, the happier I am," Narendra said with a very clear happy expression on his face.

Glenn smiled back sarcastically, "No matter how naughty I am, I'm still the official heir of this company."

"Don't get too confident just yet, Glenn!" Narendra warned.

Glenn laughed, "Why can't I be confident? I'm clearly my father's only son."

Narendra could not erase that fact.

Seeing Narendra silent, Glenn said quickly, "Oh, or do you want this company, Rendra?"

Narendra was silent, Glenn laughed until his body staggered. "It turned out to be true. Gosh, do you really believe that you can inherit this company?"

Narendra said, "Why not? If you are incompetent, that position could fall into my hands."

Glenn replied sarcastically, "Wake up from your dream, Ren! That will never happen."

"We'll see," Narendra said coldly.
