Prelude

The conflict that broke out in the Qingchang Empire in the 500th year of the Hersen Empire, when the complete flow of magical energy on the surface of the Ayax Continent gave the creatures in the forest the ability to communicate, has since vanished into the heart of the forest.

There is no longer any charm, and the graciousness is gone, as are the trees, the birds, and the marine animals. Nobody wants to talk to a person now viewed as dangerous, self-destructive, and selfish.

The 9,600,000 km2 Ayax Continent is covered in a thin layer of Purple Magic Energy that covers its whole surface. The ability of the God Tempestia to channel that Enchantment Energy into a frightening force is possessed by a very small number of living things. The ability to control purple energy on Earth's surface causes disaster.

To increase their capacity to fight and continue to fight in the name of the major Emperor, the five major Empires of the Ayax Continent competed for resources and the right to dominate the continent and manage the resources of other Empires.

The Shouya Empire, Zolia Empire, Chosa Empire, and Hersen Empire had territories on the continent. Along with the other four empires, a tiny empire called Qingchang is located on the Central Plains and is regarded as one of the top five.

Hersen Zolia and Qingchang started fighting. The Emperor controlled three nations as Lord of the Continent after Hersen's victory in the battle. Hersen, who established settlements on the Central and Western Plains, was unhappy. The continent was to be unified by the Emperor. Hersen led Qingchang and Zolia in the following conflict, fighting against Chosa in the East and Shouya in the South. But all those invading strategies have fallen short to this day.

One Clan, the Red Phoenix Clan, is commanded by a white Sage who hails from the Qingchang Empire and feels subjugated and exploited by Hersen. The Red Phoenix clan rose in opposition to the Great Emperor Hersen's flagrant oppression.

When Sage Alaric launched a rebellion against the imperial armies, Hersen's conflict with the Red Phoenix Clan ended. Millions of people on the Ayax Continent watched as the Sage and the Emperor engaged in an epic fight in the sky of Qingchang.

Two figures lighted up the sky. The figure can be seen from below, and they have been expanded. The two purposefully propagated the air of total power and oppressive, half-immortal monster abilities. The two figures are in their early 40s in age.

One was dressed in all-black, while the other was all-white.

The black figure wore a tall black metal crown. The crown on top of the head sparkles with sapphire, ruby, and emerald inlays. When sunlight entered his crown, it looked to glow.

He was Oberon Kraviz, The Enchanter, Emperor Hersen.

Emperor Oberon asked with a stern expression on his face. So you're that disobedient White Sage, Alaric Sunburnt?

A black mage of Warlock rank, Emperor Oberon has ruled the Hersen Empire for twelve years.

His body soars across space on the back of the mythical Roc, the black monster who rules the skies. The rippling, pitch-black garments dispelled both his physical and spiritual armour. He is holding a magic sword made of black dragon bones, which serves as his weapon of darkness and the darkest substance, strengthening his warped magic.

On the other hand, Sage Alaric exclusively sports a white tunic and a long white coat that goes with his white shoes and Hanfu cap. The Snow White Sword is the weapon of the Sage. Riding Phoenix, the fire lord who became his contract monster, Sage Alaric appeared composed.

The two were flying and gazing at one another. Ready to blow up at any moment.

"You're going to pass away. Emperor Hersen yelled loudly, "How bold, form a rebel in the official area of the colony of Hersen. The other half of the continent could hear him. The expression was unexpected. His spiritual helmet had him fully protected.

Alaric Sage chuckled. He spoke with equal thunder. Don't be naive, please. Where is there a country that desires such exploitation and colonization? Oberon the warlock, is that invader a dark lord like you? There was a tone of snobbery.

"Presumptuous! You are the vile blood of the despicable, Dare to proclaim my name, without the title of Emperor!" Oberon, the Emperor, was enraged.

What do you want? Sage Alaric scoffed. Must I refer to you as a dark wizard? The Dark Lord, perhaps? He laughed out loud. His voice could be heard practically everywhere.

You'll rue it, I tell you. Emperor Oberon then scratched the sky with his dragon bone sword.

The mist and black clouds rolled, and the sky suddenly turned black. When lightning struck, it appeared as though all of the energies in the underworld rose and were swallowed by the Emperor.

The entire world was in turmoil. Everyone sprinted for cover. There are shapes in the sky that resemble the shadows of evil spirits. The black force of the warlock roared. Precision attack energy swung at Sage Alaric.

"You are a dark wizard indeed! All this horrible magic doesn't make you worthy of being dubbed Emperor!"

In the direction of the sky, Sage Alaric extended the Snow-White Sword. The outcome is just as awful.

The gloomy sky suddenly became illuminated. A gaping grey-rolling cloud was then partially affected by the snow-white sword effect. Sunlight enters through the opening. The sword's energy was derived from the sun and shot out quickly, striking the dark energy of the Emperor.

An explosion was audible.

The Earth is trembling! The Earth is broken up. From below, screams could be heard as sparks plummeted like rain. Everyone is sheltering closer now after the initial escape. Nobody wants to pass away pointlessly!

However, the two specialists in the skies continued to combat. They collided on the horizon for three days and three nights.

A curse has shattered the sky—the lethal magic strike from the two half-immortals. On the third day, the sky over the Ayax Continent appeared to burn red. The planet is old and worn out. Like dusk, the sun became dimmer. It may soon come to an end.

"You're going to pass away. This prohibited magic is the ultimate strength I have long stockpiled!" The Emperor was fiercely mesmerized.

He then uses Zarael, The Shadow's Wand, an artefact from the afterlife, to curse the Sage with old, forbidding magic. A forbidden staff crafted by demons after they were banished to the underworld, or the realm of the dead, by the gods.

The dead man's energy struck the Sage.

Sage Alaric delivered his last vow as he neared death with a final howl.

"Someone who controls the youth of all elements will kill you one day. At the point of this Snow White Sword, you perished pitifully. Right now, it's more miserable than when I died. Then, his outline vanished. Additionally, the Snow White Sword vanished.

Millions of people observing the battle in the skies lamented the loss of the Sage.

The Phoenix of Sang Alaric's contract creature, the Flame, went berserk. Along with another dark entity named Roc, he is captured by the Emperor and later forced to serve as his next indentured being.

The Flame turned down the Emperor's offer despite acting like a lunatic. Finally, Phoenix is held captive in a mysterious location that no one can locate.

Before Sage Alaric passed away, the Emperor placed a condition because he feared his curse. Processing of magic power is highly restricted.

As of right now, novices are the only ones permitted to use magic; they are a group of young people who are susceptible to brainwashing and must receive their training at institutions governed by the Hersen Empire.

Several groups, including the Red Phoenix Clan, whose members are currently on the run in the Hersen, Qingchang, and Zolia Empires, were disbanded, including Orders and magical associations.

The hours pass rapidly. Everything changed quickly as spring turned into autumn, and then winter fell. There have been five years.

There were complaints about Hersen's job all over the place. The rebels engaged in conflict with the Hersen Empire. Even the Red Phoenix Organization's name returned this time, again sounding. Along with Qingchang, the Zolia Empire also saw fast development.

A covert Organization called the Red Phoenix Clan wrecked and burned a significant portion of the Hersen Empire's military infrastructure and armaments. All took place in Zolia and Qingchang.

The Red Phoenix Clan's covert organization always blamed itself for riots and other incidents.

And the information was spreading. News that gave everyone in Qingchang and Zolia a cause for optimism.

There, a magician lived to watch the stars in the sky move. He was a skilled future reader. The prophecy's message greatly shook the audience.

"In order to overthrow the Hersen Empire, Sage Alaric will reincarnate and restore the glory of the Red Phoenix Clan."

Since then, everyone who possesses a magical or spiritual skill has had to undergo snooping under the guise of being sent and has been required to attend the official Magic Academy under the direction of the Emperor. However, they were brainwashed into serving the empire there.

The start of the narrative.

The air has a dirty feeling at Begonia City. The dark Aura that has dominated the city for the past few years was only heightened by a group of people whispering on the street corners. This city was once lovely, but that was a long time ago. Today, however, the cityscape is entirely made up of antiquated structures. If not, it will be referred to as rubble.

The young boy Kiran yelled, "Give me back my necklace!"

"My sister Aura just left that one thing! You have no right to play with other people's favourite stuff!" The boy, Kiran, appeared irate.

He adores the necklace that his sister Aura, who perished in combat and forced the imperial side to join the conflict against Chosa and Shouya, gave him. Qingchang Country is required to aid the Hersen Empire in battle as a Hersen colony.

A girl, two boys, and Kiran were spotted fleeing. They are not content with just harassing Kiran. As they ran toward the Forest of Ban, they carried the necklace. Everyone in Begonia City was instructed to avoid and not enter this pine forest.

Kiran yelled, "I won't give up!" as she pursued Avena, the sole female in their group.

On the verge of the Forbidden Forest, Kiran took a step.

It is silent.

The three terrible dudes are not present. Even though I caught a glimpse of their shadows slipping between the pine trees.

He was debating whether to breach the law and enter the woodland or wait on the side of the road because he was jealous. Why did the three kids, Avena, Ming, and Kai, bravely visit the rumoured haunted forest? While his mother, Kora Wang, often threatened him and forbade him.

Later, Kiran made a choice. "If they can do it, why can't I?"

When Kiran misses the object of his sister's adoration, he is left with little alternative but to obtain a necklace handed to him by Aura, who quickly becomes his favorite. His mother would have reprimanded him instead of beating him with a bamboo stick if she had known that mischievous kids had stolen the jewelry.

Kiran stepped forward. It stepped beyond the line.

A roar that resembled the sound of woodland animals that many people in Begonia City often describe suddenly appeared. Kiran screamed in fear, "Will I be eaten by a wild wolf?" It was already too late to turn and depart.
