The reason of the Orcs' movements
My attacks were slow while my injuries were healing and I was growing my second heart back. The Orc shaman that ambushed us was pretty surprised to see me get up and fight him without a heart, but he quickly understood that I must have another one as he focused on deflecting my and Skeral's combined attacks.

Skeral was ready to unsheath his long sword as he took a drawing stance, making the Orc narrow his eyes as he unleashed a magic barrier that was cut into two the moment it came into existence.

I could feel my second heart coming back into being as I attacked the Orc from behind, but he was able to catch my foot and throw me into Skeral, who disappeared into the void to avoid the collision before drawing out his sword once more thus making the Orc shaman bleed for the first time since we encountered each other.

There was a shallow cut on the Orcs' neck that slowly closed and then he said:
