The Phoenix Crest Group Vice President thought, 'Hmm, I guess asking him to beg while prostrating himself three times before me wouldn't be such a bad thing.'
Sharon Bennet laughed at the thought. Then she looked away as Danny approached her and cleared his throat.
"What are you here for? Do you regret turning down my offer? It's too late!" Sharon exclaimed and looked away from Danny.
Danny smiled slightly and said, "Hmm, before I tell you what I'm here for, I think I should show my admiration."
Danny paused and chuckled again while Sharon stroked her face with her index finger, showing her arrogance. Her sardonic smile was clearly meant to patronize Danny.
"I must admit that you have a lot of confidence. I don't know where you got it, to the point where you think I'm here to beg you. Let me get this straight!" Danny brought his face close to Sharon's ear once again. "This is not going to happen!"
Sharon Bennet glared at Danny, and she bit her lip. Once again, the young man in front of her was upsetting her. 'Damn it! How did I meet someone like him? In one day, I don't know how many times he embarrassed me.'
"If it's not to ask for my help, what did you come here for? Isn't my decision already clear? You're banned from all industries under the Phoenix Crest Group and the escort service?" Sharon retorted curtly.
Danny smiled slightly, "I was just wondering about your statement. Did you say that you wanted to represent the Phoenix Crest Group or for yourself?
"Of course, I represent both," Sharon replied dismissively.
Danny chuckled again. "You represent both? Aren't you just a vice president of the Phoenix Crest Group? How can you have that much authority?"
Sharon was silent. She didn't think that the parasite man, who was considered a hobo, could ask such a penetrating and sharp question like a dagger. But Sharon didn't want to feel embarrassed; she had to look confident and classy.
She had an essential position in Northern Coastal but was not the number one person in Phoenix Crest Group. To be more precise, she could not make decisions on behalf of the company; everything had to be approved by the President unless she was related to the President.
Unfortunately, in reality, Sharon Bennet is a nobody in the eyes of the President of the Phoenix Crest Group. She was nothing more than an employee paid to do the bidding.
Sharon took a long breath and said slowly, "Huh, I didn't want to say this, but since this rascal has been looking for trouble ever since, I can't help but reveal it."
Danny watched Sharon Bennet and began to guess what the 35-year-old woman would say.

"Humph! The in-laws in the Huxley family are useless and stupid. Miss Bennet is engaged to Young Master Lancaster; surely she can represent the company!" another guest exclaimed.
Danny was silent, not because he felt insulted by the people's insults. But he was questioning his relationship with Sharon Bennet. 'When did I date her? I just seeing her now. I'm so unlucky today that a vice president would dare to claim to be my girlfriend. I should discuss this with grandfather.'
"Miss Bennet, if you and Young Master Lancaster are in a romantic relationship, why didn't you tell us earlier?" asked Desmond, desperately hoping for investment help from the Phoenix Crest Group.
