Chapter 126
"Devon stop! Stop it!" Jason shouted and dragged me to himself. I began to punch Jason in the stomach but Jason held me tight in a hug. Tears escaped my eyes and soon I weakened.

"I love her so much Jason. How can I live without her? What good is the money without her?" I whispered.

I knew Jason was in pain from the punches I gave him but he did not bring it up, "you have to let her go Devon. You have to." Jason said to me, softly and I cried.

"She is not dead. And I will find her." I said. I parted from Jason and looked at Mrs Wilson one last time.

"Let's go," I said to them and turned away, heading out of the building.

It was another one-hour drive before I reached what was now known to be my mansion instead of the Wilsons'.

Mr Hamilton had already gone back home. I was about to walk into my home when Jason stopped me, "if you want I can stay back. Just to keep you company." Jason said to me.

"Thank you. But I think I'll stay alone." I replied. Jason stood there until I closed
