Chapter 9

“What in the world is that? Camera turned to the school bus, I believe we all saw something enter that direction.” 

No one could read the speed on it. 

“What in the world is that?!” 

They saw a figure battling the monster that had caused the chaos. It was insane seeing one warrior take down the monster. 

‘System! Please increase strength!!’ Xayn yelled as he raised his hand, he jumped back. 

Strength Increased- LVL 10!!! 

“Alright here goes nothing!” Xayn yelled before landing a deadly blow on the monster, killing it in an instant. What in the world?” 

They could explain how it was possible for one man to take on a monster and win but it was clear that he wasn't any ordinary warrior.  he couldn't risk showing the 

The monster had left the streets in terror jamming the school bus and other cars that were about to blow up. 

Xayn knew that he needed to save the children before things got out of hand.  His face was now in the public for now. 

‘What in the world am I going to do? There is no way they dont have their cameras on and waiting for me to leave the rubble.’ Xayn looked around and saw that the car was actually going to blow up at any given time and he did not know what he was doing. 

“Crap, Crap if I dont have the chance to stop this I might not be able to call myself anything ever again.” Xayn was in panic mode, he turned to see the children scared and locked in the other car and he was tackling how to remove the obe in front of him before it exploded. 

Sir, I advise you to use your strength in this situation. 

‘Wait I have strength too,’ Xayn without a second thought lifted the car in front of him and took off, the press was shocked to see that the car was being moved by something. 

“What in the world is going on here? It's like there is someone or something moving it. But no warriors have come up to the scene and we have made calls for high ranks to show up but they have not arrived so what is going on here.” Everyone was in shock when they heard the police report, they knew there was something else going on but it was not clear enough to them who or what was in the sense helping them. 

‘Here we go,’ Xayn lifted the car right up and tossed it into the air allowing it to blow up there. Everyone in the scene ducked down to avoid being hit by the debris. 

Xayn looked at the children there, he ripped off the broken car door holding them in. “Alright that seems to be all okay now. Time to leave..” 

“Thank you for saving us,'' One of the children thanked Xayn before he was about to leave, Xayn turned and smiled before running off. The police rushed in to see if the children were all okay and they saw that they were all in good shape. 

“How in the world did that car go up to the sky and you all are out here?” The policeman asked, he was trying to see if he would catch a glimpse of anything that would lead him to how or what saved the kids. 

“It was the man with the cloak,” One of the kids said with a smile on her face, the policeman knew there was someone who showed up to save them. 

“Man in a cloak? Where is he?” The police man demanded, the kids looked confused and he knew that whoever it was had left after he saved the kids. 

‘Who in the world was that?’ 

Xayn  had gotten far enough, he took 0ff the cloth he used to cover his face. “Now that went well but I wonder why it felt like I didn't do anything.” Xayn was not even exhausted, he felt like it was something like running in the park. 

You have completed the task, you receive 5000 gold coins. You completed a minor task and you showed that you are a good hearted person.

“5000? Convert that into real money and send it to my account.” Xayn was sure he was going to get something like $500 dollars, he was sure there was no way he was going to get a reckless amount from a system. 

His phone buzzed and he took it out to see how much he had gotten from the system, when his eyes met the phone he could not stop trembling. 

“$5,000,000?!” Xayn was petrified, he looked at his phone in disbelief trying to put together if what he was seeing was actually real or not. 

“Is this a dream? How is there $5,000,000 in my account? I know there has to be a joke or something of that nature because there is no way I am seeing this huge amount.” Xayn was still stunned and he was probably trying to find a word for it but it didn't come to him what he had just witnessed. 

That is just the reward for a mini task sir, with time and more tasks your rewards will increase.

Xayn, hearing this, understood that the system was not only there to make him stronger and faster, it was also there to make sure he did not lack anything in life. 

‘Wait this means that there is no way for me to be poor in this life again, I just need to make sure that I complete the tasks. But what happens if I don't complete a task or I fail to do something about a task given to me?’ 

The System will reduce it from your points and you will be penalised.
