Jason wakes up on a rather gloomy day with the intention of winning back the affection of his wife, Diane. He knew he had a limited shot at this but he would do anything to give her the life she deserves. Unfortunately and fortunately for him, he would not only witness the heartbreaking scene of his wife in his boss's arms but would also end up almost losing his life and his wretched man's identity in an accident. He woke up nameless, faceless and memory-less in the VIP section of an hospital which belonged to his father whom he does not remember knowing. As he healed with a scarred face, he was gradually introduced into the luxurious, dangerous and fast paced life of the wealthy people of ArkWrath. He swiftly rose to the tag of the 'Ruthless Masked Heir' of the richest man in the city of ArkWrath. Even though he eventually had a facial reconstruction surgery, his mask became his sole identity until one night when he decided to free his mind from the dangers lurking in his new world. He woke up in a woman's arm in which he vowed never to return to as his memories began to return in full wave. This only made him to be filled with the vengeance of bringing down every body who had hurt him. In the course of revenge, he realised that all his life, both former and present were lies interwoven with deceit. Jason ended up losing Ria, his daughter and his only brother whom he got to know after he ordered his death. As he realised that he could not flee his past and present, he set out on finding the woman from that night only to be hit with more bitter revelations and inevitable dangers.

This story is more of a hobby and this is my first time writing so don't expect too much also English isn't my first language. Jason is a 16-year-old boy trying to get through life with a father who expects him to be perfect and a school where everyone kind of hates him and bullies him with the exception of his two friends Jessica and Isaac. When he is falsely accused of beating up a student with the only witness to the crime Jessica his friend testifies against him and is expelled from school. On his way, home feeling betrayed and thinking about how to explain this to his father he is summoned to a dark cave where a being offers for him to become the champion of the Dark One
