A hundred and sixty years after the dragon bloods attacked the earth and a mysterious stone shattered, granting humans abilities, Mason Blackwood is one of the few to not have awakened abilities. When he goes to his first mission in the company of the pilots who are going to graduate, his father dies strangely and that triggers a feeling of hatred and revenge towards the directors of the academy, as one of his classmates discovers the disturbing truth that hides this academy. This causes her to flout the rules of this place and earns the hatred of many people.
