“Make a wish,child,or you die!” Laquan squinted his eyes in confusion. The old man’s words and attitude clearly took him off guard. “Uh... Excuse me?” he scoffed. The old man is either a con artist or he himself is hungry and is definitely hearing things “Don't you wanna get rich son?” Quan's brows shot up at the word ‘rich’ His mind drifted to how he's been humiliated in the past and,he unconsciously fisted his fingers. “I want to be powerful.” He breathed out, one could see and hear the desperation in his eyes and voice. “It's a done deal then.
