CHAPTER TWENTY THREE

Clifford was noticing the tension growing between the beginner knight rank and sword knight rank students and stepped in.

“alright boys, don’t interrupt my students' sparring. If you want to watch, watch but don’t disturb us” he said with a stern voice the students kept quiet but David was still glaring at Peter even though Peter ignore them.

“Sir Clifford how about this, when the winner of the contest emerges, let one of us, any of his choice spar against him,” one of the boys said and the others nodded in agreement. How could he not see the plans of the boys he was sure that Peter would be the overall winner so he looked at him and Peter nodded in agreement.

“Sure, but don’t be a sore loser at the end,” Clifford said. The novice rank student was surprised at first but later became energized at the thought of fighting against the knight rank.

Twenty minutes later, the contest started again. This time it was five versus five since they were ten students left. Peter changed his sword
