Murder Happened

"I will transfer you to the detective team at the headquarters of this city. I will send you to assist the detectives there in investigating cases of murder and violence that occur in this city. Are you ready?"  said Gunawan as the head of the police in this office.

"Ready sir! With pleasure," replied Azara firmly.

"Good. Now you can go home, and you have a week to rest at home while preparing to move there," Gunawan continued with a friendly smile.

"Ready sir! Thank you. Excuse me," Azara got up from his seat and left the room.

Outside, it looks like Rama has been waiting for Azara for a long time.

"You're here?"  asked Azara looking at Rama.

"You accept the transfer?"  asked Rama with a sad face.

"Can a subordinate like me refuse orders from superiors?"

"But I will definitely miss you very much," said Rama as he grabbed Azara's hand who was busy tidying up his things.

Azara immediately let go of Rama's hand.

"Don't be silly! So the police can't be weak. Must be strong!"  said Azara glancing at Rama.

"But do you know that it is very dangerous there. Moreover, you are a woman, right," said Rama with a very worried face.

"The police's job is the same. It doesn't matter whether the genre is male or female. So you have to remember never to involve gender in the work of the police!"  continued Azara as she continued to pack his things and then took him out.

Rama felt very guilty for what he had said to Azara.

Rama quickly chased after Azara and took a patrol car to take Azara home.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend you earlier," said Rama stopping Azara.

"No. What are you doing with this car?"

"I want to take you. Come on in!"  said Rama as he opened the car door for Azara.

Without thinking, Azara got into the car and allowed Rama to drive her house.

Arriving at home, Rama immediately said goodbye to return to work at the office.

"You are excited, yes," said Rama with a smile.

"Yes. Thank you, you are also careful."  Azara waved her hand and walked into her house.

When she arrived at the door, Azara dropped all her things when she saw her father was already lying on the floor of his house.

His eyes bulged with his mouth wide open.

Azara saw her father's body was limp helplessly covered in blood.

Azara immediately called an ambulance to come to her house.

"Daddy... Realize Daddy... Don't leave me..." Azara cried when she found Candra was already unconscious.

"Dad... Who did this to you? Hang on! Soon an ambulance will come to take you."

"Daddy will follow your mom. You take good care of yourself. Don't ever fight this person, I don't want you to get hurt. He is a very strong person. I love you and will always remember you," said Candra before finally taking her last breath.

"Daddy ..." shouted Azara shaking Candra's body who was no longer breathing.

An ambulance came along with a police car which swiftly rushed to the destination address when they heard there was a murder victim.

Azara could only cry, her body limp to find her father who was no longer alive.

Rama comes back to Azara's house when he hears this news.

Rama immediately hugged Azara who was very devastated.  He didn't care about the commotion going on in his house right now, his gaze was vacant with tears streaming down his face.

Rama immediately took Azara to go to the hospital following the ambulance which had already brought her father there.

At the hospital, Azara's body is getting weaker.  She felt like she was going to faint, but Rama almost didn't want to let go of his embrace from Azara's body.

It was seen that Lisa also came to the hospital after hearing this news.

Lisa is a fellow doctor at the hospital where Candra works.

Lisa, who really likes Candra, has been feeling so sad and devastated for Candra's sudden departure.

Meanwhile, the police are busy investigating this case.

Including Azka, a young detective who always manages to uncover murder cases like this.

"Have the perpetrator's fingerprints been found?"  Azka asked his partner, Arya.

"Nothing yet. There has been no news from the forensics agency," said Arya quietly.

 "Have you checked the CCTV?"

"Yes. But there was no CCTV that was on at the time of the incident," Arya replied again.

"Shit! This is premeditated murder!"  Azka muttered angrily as he clenched his fists.

"I have to go now!"  continued Azka immediately leaving Arya alone.

"Hey... where are you going?"  Arya shouted calling him again.

Azka quickly headed to the victim's house.  There was already a yellow sign around Azara's house.

Azka entered the living room and tried to find something that she could use as evidence for this case.

But Azka couldn't find anything there.

The house showed no signs of anything suspicious.

Azka then walked to the room where the victim was lying.

But there was also nothing suspicious.

"Damn it! How dare he commit murder here. Then how could he stab the victim right in the heart? And he also cut off the victim's toe and took him away. Looks like the perpetrator is not a random person. I'm sure he has committed murder before this," said  Azka began to speculate on his own.

Azka left the room, then he found the victim's name card lying in the yard.

Azka immediately took the plastic and gloves to pick it up.

"Hopefully this can be used as small evidence later," Azka muttered quietly as he continued his steps out and left the house.

At the hospital, two young detectives are seen who are also teammates with Azka.  They are Arya and Angga.

They intend to make Azara a witness.  Because Azara was the only person present on the scene at that time.

"Can you tell me what you saw earlier?"  asked Angga looking intently at Azara's swollen eyes.

"I came home and I found my father covered in blood. Is it still unknown who did it?"  said Azara in a still weak state.

"We're still trying to investigate this case. Could it be that you suspect someone?"

"I don't know. But dad was still conscious and he said, don't fight him because you don't want me to get hurt. He's a very dangerous person, he said. But I don't know what dad means," said Azara quietly.

After hearing the information from Azara, Arya and Angga left the place and left Azara who was still very upset with the perpetrator who had the heart to kill his father.

"Who would have the heart to do this to dad? Why did he take dad's toe and take him away?"  Azara asked quietly to himself.
