The stronger one will always prevail

"S-shane... is... is that really you?" she hesitantly reached out, brushing his blue fur, Oneiros remaining still "B-but how? How did y-"

"Enough messing around! I'm your opponent beast!" the hunter took advantage of this moment to change magazine, basically putting to waste all Oneiros's hard work. The wolf turned his body around, pushing Bianca with his head, forcing her to stand up.

"What are you doing?" he whined, looking up. She followed his gaze and saw the trapdoor at the end of the ladder, which had been left open, luckily for them.

"You... want me to escape?" he nodded, flinching as another bullet hit in in the back "No! I won't I-" she started coughing "-won't leave you alone" Oneiros was starting to feel desperate, he knew he couldn't fight at his fullest if he had to worry about protecting Bianca, and if he couldn't fight, he couldn't win.

'What do I do now? How can I make her leave?' his eyes looked left and right, finding no solution.
