It's Raining, No, It's Not

Sam won't ask too many questions, but he is always observing. At one point, some people were conducting experiments on mentally disabled children. Even though Dakota may no longer be involved with these people, it is still important to remain vigilant. Anything can happen at any time, so it's better to keep one's eyes wide open.

“There's a new guy on campus today,” Dakota said.

Sam refrained from moving his hand. Dakota's willingness to discuss campus affairs was odd, as he had never shown interest in sharing information about his work, nor had Sam ever asked. Dakota only answered what was necessary.

"Oh really? New guy? Lecture or a new chancellor candidate?” Sam asked as he put the steak in his mouth.

“New lecturer. He is a professor in the field of nerves and brain. You want to meet him."
