All this happened in less than a minute, after which the whole world fell into silence.

It was as if everyone had experienced the same hallucination at the same time.

The bizarre announcement has given rise to different conspiracy theories that started to pop up on the internet.

Some said that it must be a new biological weapon built by the USA using the common DNA shared by man, which was why it was able to affect everyone across the globe.

Others argued that it was made by Russia or a secret underground experiment going on in Africa.

Accusations were thrown back and forth without a clear explanation for the strange phenomenon that just took place.

Many others waited for an official statement from the government.

At 5:00pm in the evening, the president of Country Z stepped up to assure his citizens that there was no need for alarm and the situation didn’t warrant any state of emergency.

Everyone was told to ignore what happened.

At 10:00pm that same evening, a devastating earthquake struck the earth.

Lands split. Buildings were swallowed, and the governments all over the world collapsed.

In the middle of it all a clear voice was heard.
