Chapter 23

I ran behind her. We got outside and see the temple branches crumbled and some on fire, a raging fire. Creatures were screaming, screeching, yelling and crying. The fighting Chupakabras were being flung from down the temple. We were at the pinnacle of the temple, the Chupakabras were being thrown up dead. They landed on some outer layers of the building and some went back down without legs or any part of their body.

I stood and watched horror came in person. How could a demigod do this terrible things. I thought as I watched some hopeless creatures curled round their offsprings and wail. Kyar also looked disdainfully and heartbroken. She was numb for some seconds and ran off the building down. She floated down without wings. I believed and joined her in the flight. I threw myself off the temple head down.

The demigod looked like a Draugr a huge beast, with bald head and a few waving grey hair at the end of its head. His eyes were glowing in red. His armour was second to none, made out of golds, which would made him so strong that he could carry itself with ease, in his golden armour, though its chest was opened, he had no breast but a broad muscular chest, with veins as stripes in its chest. It had human skulls in his belt sides, dangling as it fought, swirling his mighty, made out of brass sword. The swords was covered in red. The growling of the beast was heavy and smelly that only it could take one's life. The beast was ravaging the temple and it's little village, tearing it apart, upon the efforts the Chupakabras made to stop it, which was all in vain.

The Great Chupakabra got out of the temple, from the door. He was in armour already, it's spine was still out, and big. The Great Chupakabra summoned the beast, the demigod turned around to look at the Great Chupakabra. The demigod ran towards the Great Chupakabra. Knowing that the Great Chupakabra won't stand a chance against the demigod. I quickly left the little Chupakabras that was to be kept from the disaster. I ran towards the Great Chupakabra and the Draugr.

I was late, the Draugr was already there, but the Great Chupakabra was underestimated by me, it fought back, tirelessly and I stood back, to watch the great fighting techniques that was used by the Great Chupakabra, I learnt why they called him the Great Chupakabra. He fought so hard that it had a chance against the Draugr, which was later unsuccessful, since a Draugr can't die. Fighting an undead creature is a waste of time.

I swirled my sword, that was inbuilt in my hand, since I've seen that the strength in the Great Chupakabra was deduce, I had to help. I ran towards the fight. Kyar was not aware, she was busy saving the burning, injured and kids too.

The Draugr attention was drawn to me, by my screaming. I knew it was a battle not to be won but to be casted out. I had no idea how to defeat it but everyone should be dead from cutting apart the head, I knew I had the chance with my fighting skills. At last, we got to our arena, the fight began, he brought the first attack, our sword clashed, but he had the upper hand, he was strong, his sword also was sharp. I tried my possible best to bring his hand down, since it wasn't working well, I slid my sword under his, to his hand. It hurt him a little, which was obvious from his groan.

"We knew you were here, and I have volunteered to come take revenge for what you did to me. You bastard, incompetent swine." He looked very angry, he had no eyebrow, but his forehead furrows were wrinkled so hard, and his lips were curved downwards, with his reddish eyeballs. His nostrils brought out smokes. I knew something was done in the past, by the former Lauthel that didn't favour the Draugr.

He clanked his sword against the ground and ran towards him, I slid the two swords of mine with themselves and ran against the Draugr in response. We met again and swinged our swords several times. We had no point of opportunity but we continued, he was very skilled and fierce.

In the regulations, given to me as a boxer, an angry opp is always vulnerable, if handled with care. I had to use what I have to get what I wanted. The calm fighting techniques were still intact with me, I carefully watched how the Draugr would come and memorized his fighting skills. I was freaked out at first and Kyar ran towards me, where I stood, she jumped on me and hugged me dearly. She saw the fear in my face, she was not too happy with it, she called me down, and gave me some.words of assurance.

The Great Chupakabra went in to the temple, alone. After some minutes he came back out with a winged unicorn behind him. He was holding the rope that was attached to the unicorn like a horse. The unicorn was a bit bigger than a well fed horse. He gave the unicorn to I and Kyar, as a gift of honour to us. The unicorn was to take us through to the next realm, the third realm of the seven realms, since there was no teleportation device or room like other two realms.

Kyar called the name of the third realm. "The Black Annis territory" she explained it to be owned by a witch that was casted out of the Soul Kingdom, the witch was said to be very powerful and was casted out by the mist pewerful magicians in the soul kingdom, after the killing of the king's children in the daylight. She was very powerful and her territory is a terror to behold.

We flew across desert, larger than any of the ones in the unvarying earth. The desert, came to a very huge waters, and after that we came to a stop, at the the Black Annis territory.
