Chapter 73

'Welcome.' He said. His voice came out deep and velvety, making me want to purr.

I mirrored his expression, a big smile plastered on my face as my eyes remained locked on his gaze.

Soon his gaze lifted from me to Amber who scooted closer to him as they talked in hushed tones.

I watched him as he spoke.

He had an aura which fascinated me.

He looked like he was in his late twenties.

My overt gawking was soon interrupted as Amber turned towards me and smiled, stepping closer to me.

'It's a pleasure to meet you Annie.' Sir Quentin said, offering me a hand shake. I took his hands which was both firm and warm to the touch.

It was strangely soothing as his large hand wrapped around my slim hand. He then looked at Amber and they seemed to be communicating. Smiling at me one last time, he turned away from us, back to the actors.

As Amber dragged me back towards the exit, I couldn't help but ask.
