Chapter 1
0001-The Return of Zander Rhett Guezz
Shhh!
Ssshh! Ssshh! (The sound of laser fire) In the vast and silent shooting range, the only sounds were the faint hum of weapons and the sharp blasts of laser shots. Zander Rhett Guezz—a 27-year-old man with a reputation as a feared war commander—stood tall in the middle of the range. His muscular frame, clad in a black uniform devoid of rank insignias, radiated an undeniable cold aura. He raised his laser pistol, aiming with precise accuracy. A red beam shot out, piercing the target dead center. Without flinching, he pulled the trigger again, this time unleashing three rapid shots, all landing squarely on the bullseye. Suddenly, the sound of hurried footsteps approached from behind. A middle-aged man with a worried expression hurried toward him. It was Jacky, the former bodyguard of the Guezz family, now reinstated to serve Zander after his return from the military. “I am really sorry, Young Master… I’m two minutes late,” Jacky said, his voice cautious, almost a whisper. He stood upright, his body slightly bowed, like a subordinate ready to accept punishment. “I am prepared to face any consequences you give to me.” Zander did not respond immediately. Without even glancing at Jacky, he emptied the magazine of his laser pistol and carefully placed it back into the metal case. “Take me to the Xanta family house,” he said at last, his baritone voice cold, leaving no room for debate. Jacky swallowed hard and replied hesitantly, "Young Master… your daddy is waiting at home. He’s eager to see you. Please, return to Leeds.” Zander paused, then turned his head slightly, just enough to see Jacky from the corner of his eye. His gaze was sharp, almost piercing. “Tell him, I’ll come home when I want it." Zander replied firmly, his tone flat but commanding, before striding toward the car waiting at the edge of the range. “For now, I need to visit the Xanta family.” Jacky froze momentarily, unsure whether to argue. He knew Zander was no longer the same young man he had been seven years ago. The military had forged him into someone harder, more unpredictable. “I-I’ll relay the message, Young Master,” Jacky finally replied in a low voice. Zander entered the car without wasting time, motioning for Jacky to follow. Jacky hurried to the driver’s seat while Zander settled in the back, arms crossed. As the car cruised through the darkening streets, a heavy tension filled the air. Zander sat upright in the backseat, his gaze cold yet sharp as it pierced through the window. From the driver’s seat, Jacky, his expression uneasy, could feel the weight of unspoken thoughts hanging between them. The silence was eventually broken when Zander spoke. “How is Biella?” he asked flatly, though a clear tension underpinned his tone. “I haven’t been able to reach her for the past two years.” Jacky hesitated. The question felt like an arrow piercing his chest. He knew this was a delicate subject but had no definite answers. “Why are you silent?” Zander pressed, his voice growing colder, making Jacky feel like he was being interrogated. “Did something bad happen to her?” Jacky took a deep breath, then replied haltingly, “Miss Biella Xanta… disappeared long ago, Young Master. I… I lost contact with her two years ago.” Zander immediately shifted his gaze to the rearview mirror, his eyes sharp. “What do you mean?” Swallowing nervously, Jacky carefully explained, “I’ve been searching for her for the past year. But the Xanta family’s influence… it’s too powerful." "They’ve concealed Miss Biella’s whereabouts completely. I don’t know where she is now, Young Master.” Zander clenched his fists tightly on his lap, the knuckles turning white from the pressure. Biella Xanta was not just any woman to Zander; she is his first love—the only person who had ever managed to melt his icy exterior. But this revelation hit him like a brutal blow. Biella and Zander had been inseparable seven years ago, despite the Xanta family’s vehement disapproval of their relationship. The Xanta Family harbored a long-standing hatred for the Guezz family, fueled by decades of unresolved political and business conflicts. Yet, Zander and Biella had remained together, defying the inherited animosity of their families. This defiance had driven Joseph Guezz, Zander’s father, to force his son into the military. As a calculating and uncompromising man, Joseph believed separating Zander from Biella was the only way to protect their family from further destruction. Zander and Biella had made a secret promise to reunite after seven years when Zander’s military service ended. That promise had been the sole reason Zander endured the harshness of war. But now, Biella had vanished without a trace. The silence returned to the car. Jacky knew he had said everything he could and now waited for Zander’s reaction. Finally, Jacky mustered the courage to ask cautiously, “Young Master...are you sure we should go to the Xanta family’s house?” Zander didn’t answer immediately. He stared straight ahead, his face as cold and unyielding as stone. Yet, from the reflection in the window, Jacky saw Zander give a resolute nod. Still unsure, Jacky asked again, “But… for what, Young Master?” Zander gazed out the window, his eyes narrowing as if envisioning something far beyond the horizon. Then, with a low, threatening voice, he replied, “To send those who wronged me and my family… straight to hell.”Expand

Biella sat at the end of the long glass table, exuding elegance and charisma. Around her, investors—some from overseas—listened intently to the presentation. Slide after slide displayed Xanta Group’s upcoming plans, which many believed were destined for success. An elderly investor from Pran nodded in approval. “I’ve never seen such a rapid comeback. You’ve truly made us consider a significant capital injection.” Biella offered a diplomatic smile. “We’re not just making a comeback, Mr. Jacques. We’re building a stronger foundation. And this time, we know exactly who stands with us… and who’s merely watching from afar.” *** Meanwhile, at the very top floor of the Xanta Group building, the atmosphere was vastly different. The expansive space resembled a private penthouse more than a conventional office. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls offered a sweeping view of Venua City from one of its most prestigious vantage points. A minimalist bed stood to the left, while a black office

The skies of Venua were shrouded in gray clouds as the camera panned to a monolithic skyscraper. The FOREÉ GROUP logo gleamed along the side of the building, reflecting their two-decade-long dominance in the fashion industry. At the very top floor, the CEO’s office exuded cold luxury. Black leather furniture, shelves lined with prestigious business awards, and a large abstract painting dominated the back wall. Behind a wide dark marble desk sat Goza, a man in his forties with a cold face and a cruel kind of handsomeness. His suit was impeccably tailored, his hair slicked back to perfection. Standing before him was a slim man in glasses—Oman, his loyal secretary, who often appeared tense in the presence of his boss. “There’s a report from the market analyst,” Oman said, handing over a tablet. “Xanta Group—the company owned by the Xanta family—has just released their first fashion line. And… the market’s response has been rather aggressive.” Goza raised an eyebrow. “Xanta Group?” h

I AM COMMANDER ZANDER: Your Good Villain 0084-Zander's Idea
Once Zander and Biella left the house, the atmosphere in the dining room exploded. Darren, who had been holding back his anger, finally couldn't contain his emotions any longer. With a rough motion, he slammed the empty chair next to him, causing it to tumble violently and crash to the floor. The glasses and plates on the table trembled, some even falling and shattering into pieces. "I've been humiliated in front of everyone!" Darren shouted, his eyes red, his breath heavy. Without waiting any longer, the aunts and their children quickly began leaving the dining room one by one, whispering to each other and lowering their heads in fear. They knew that Darren, in his rage, was not someone who could be confronted with logic. Since childhood, Darren had been known for his terrible temper, and when his anger exploded, no one dared to get close. In the corner of the room stood Austin—a tall man dressed in a black suit, a shadowy figure known as the head of security for the Xanta

In Biella's bedroom, the atmosphere felt quiet, yet peaceful. Zander was still lying on the long sofa in the corner of the room. He had slept there last night, as per Biella's request. Although they were now officially married, he respected the boundaries set by Biella and maintained them with honor. Meanwhile, Biella sat in front of her vanity mirror. She wore an elegant cream office suit that highlighted her professional aura. Her fingers were busy adjusting the small earrings hanging from her ears. Her movements were calm, yet slightly nervous—as if aware of someone’s gaze. Zander watched Biella without blinking. There was no wild desire in his eyes, only admiration that was hard to hide. It was as though, despite sharing the same room, he still couldn't believe that the woman before him was now his wife. Biella slowly turned toward him and caught his gaze. She smiled slightly, shyly. "Why are you staring at me like that? Is something wrong?" Zander gently shook his head,

I AM COMMANDER ZANDER: Your Good Villain 0082-The Next Morning
The next morning, the main Xanta family residence still bore traces of the lavish wedding celebration from the night before. Yet beneath the shimmer of crystal chandeliers and the rich red carpet that had yet to be rolled away, the morning air was far from joyous. Downstairs, the family dining room gradually filled with members of the Xanta clan. The long table was lined with a complete breakfast spread, but not a single person was truly eating. A tense atmosphere hung thick—like a dark cloud hovering above their heads. Aunt Wulan, known as one of the most outspoken and sharp-tongued women in the family, set her spoon down with an audible clink. She looked across the table at Madam Nousa, who sat at the head with an unreadable expression, and broke the silence. “This is utterly disappointing,” she said sharply. “The senior relatives from the eastern are asking why no one stepped in to stop that marriage. As if we’ve all forgotten—our family has been in conflict with the Guezz

I AM COMMANDER ZANDER: Your Good Villain 0081-To Protect Her
Zander remained calm as he stood beside Biella, but his eyes sharpened—piercing toward Jacky, who stood a few steps beside Joseph. That cold stare was impossible to misinterpret. Quietly, Zander deeply disliked this surprise. Jacky lowered his head, unable to meet Zander’s gaze. He knew exactly where his loyalty lay. Zander might be his boss now—a man he respected with all his soul—but Joseph Guezz? That was someone even the nation bowed to. Joseph wasn’t just a superior. He was the master. Whatever Joseph ordered, Jacky would obey—even if it meant going against Zander. Biella noticed the subtle tension. She gently squeezed Zander’s arm, silently urging him to stay composed. Then, from the far end of the hall, Madam Nousa rose. Her gown rustled softly as she stepped forward. A thin smile curved her lips, but her tone remained formal and diplomatic. “Thank you for being here tonight, Mr. Joseph Guezz,” Madam Nousa said calmly. “On behalf of my husband, Hammo Xanta—who is currently

And I'm waiting for the next chapter to find out where Biella is

Good storyline!!!! Zander's character is stronger and more decisive than his father (Joseph). What I like about this author's books is that so far the main characters have never been men betrayed by women, they always have genuine love for a woman.
