He took an axe, dagger, and a knife. Avery on the other hand went for guns.

They had managed to forage as little as they could during these ten days. However, they were only able to get enough all thanks to Avery taking a lot of weapons from their first-time scavenging.

Mae had gone near the window, gazing out. “Sky’s clear, people are out, everything seems normal. I think you boys will be okay.” She announced, head still gazing down.

The sky did seem clear and it didn't seem like the rain would come anytime soon but then again, they couldn’t be so sure.
