The sudden sound of something slamming on to his desk knocked Derek out of his thoughts. It came as a shock, that for a few seconds, he couldn't get a hold of himself."What did you do that for?" he asked through gritted teeth. Derek felt a little tired as he walked back into the Cora Limited after having lunch at the eatery down by the road.
