Chapter 1
scandal repercussions.
Levan paced the room, the fine Persian rug muffling the sharp clack of his Italian leather shoes. His jaw tightened with every glance at the newspaper crumpled on his desk. The bold headline screamed “Corporate Playboy Quinn Destroys Business Ties with a Scandalous Affair!” Below, a grainy photo of Quinn, draped over the shoulder of a stunning brunette, captured the essence of the humiliation. The door swung open, and Quinn sauntered in, oblivious to the brewing storm. His tailored suit hung casually on his lean frame, his confident smirk adding fuel to the fire. “You called, Father?” Quinn’s tone was annoyingly flippant. Levan didn’t respond. Instead, he crossed the room in three long strides and slapped Quinn hard across the face. The sound echoed in the grand office, silencing even the ticking grandfather clock in the corner. “What the hell, Dad?” Quinn staggered, clutching his cheek. “You shameless fool!” Levan thundered, throwing the newspaper at Quinn’s chest. “This! This is what you’ve reduced our family to!” Quinn caught the paper and glanced at the headline. His smirk faltered for a split second before reappearing, albeit weaker this time. “Oh, come on. This? It’s just another tabloid hit piece.” Levan’s face darkened. “Millions, Quinn. I’ve lost millions in hours! Clients are withdrawing deals because of you.” He jabbed a finger at the article. “Do you even understand the damage you’ve done?” Quinn shrugged, tossing the paper onto the desk. “It’s not that serious. People love a comeback story. We’ll spin it.” Levan’s fist slammed onto the desk. “Spin it? This isn’t some nightclub brawl or a drunken night in Monte Carlo. You slept with the wife of my biggest business rival, Quinn! And then flaunted it for the world to see!” “Why do you care so much about their marriage?” Quinn retorted, his voice rising. “Maybe she came to me because her husband wasn’t man enough…” “Shut your mouth!” Levan roared. “You disgust me. Is this what I raised you to be? A careless, entitled child who thinks he can ruin lives without consequence?” Quinn’s jaw tightened, the playful glint in his eyes replaced with a flicker of resentment. “You raised me? That’s rich. You’ve never been a father…only a dictator obsessed with control. Maybe if you’d been around more, I wouldn’t have turned into this ‘disgrace’ you so despise.” Levan froze, the words hitting harder than the slap he’d delivered moments ago. For a moment, silence hung between them, thick with unsaid words and years of tension. Finally, Levan spoke, his voice low and icy. “Get out. Leave this office, this building, now. Until you learn to take responsibility for your actions, you are nothing to me.” Quinn stared at him, disbelief flickering across his face. “Fine. If I’m nothing to you, then you’re nothing to me either.” He turned on his heel and stormed out, slamming the door behind him. Levan exhaled heavily, his shoulders sagging as the adrenaline ebbed. He rubbed his temples, the weight of the scandal and the fight settling on him like a physical burden. The door creaked open again, this time with far less force. Dimitri stepped inside, his movements cautious. His dark eyes, so much like his father’s, scanned the room. “I heard shouting,” he said quietly. Levan waved a hand dismissively, his voice weary. “Quinn.” “Another scandal?” Dimitri ventured. Levan gave a bitter laugh. “When is it not? That boy… he’s determined to destroy everything I’ve built.” Dimitri hesitated, then moved closer. “He’s reckless, yes. But he’s still your son.” Levan’s gaze snapped to Dimitri, sharp and probing. “And what about you, Dimitri? Are you not my son too?” Dimitri stiffened. “I didn’t mean it like that.” “No?” Levan’s tone softened, but his eyes remained hard. “You’ve spent your whole life cleaning up after Quinn, proving your worth in a family that has done nothing but remind you of your place. Yet here you are, defending him.” “I’m not defending him,” Dimitri replied, his voice steady. “But I understand why he acts out. He’s never had to face consequences before. You’ve let him get away with everything.” Levan sank into his chair, the weight of Dimitri’s words hitting him harder than the scandal itself. He buried his face in his hands. “Perhaps you’re right. But what am I supposed to do? He’s my firstborn, my heir. If he fails, the entire empire crumbles.” Dimitri stepped closer, his expression unreadable. “Maybe it’s time to stop seeing him as your heir and start seeing him as your son. He’s crying out for something, even if he doesn’t know what it is.” Levan looked up at Dimitri, his eyes glistening with unspoken pain. “And what about you? You’re my son too, Dimitri. I see it, even if the world refuses to.” Dimitri’s throat tightened, but he held his ground. “Then start acting like it, Father. Not just for me, but for both of us. Because if you don’t, one day, there might not be a family left to fight for.” Levan nodded slowly, the cracks in his stoic facade beginning to show. “You’re wiser than your years, Dimitri. Your mother would be proud.” Dimitri’s lips twitched into a faint smile. “I hope so.” He paused, then added, “You should rest. The board will expect answers, and you’ll need your strength to face them.” Levan leaned back in his chair, watching as Dimitri turned to leave. “Dimitri.” He stopped at the door, looking over his shoulder. “Yes?” “Thank you.” Dimitri gave a small nod and stepped out, closing the door behind him. Alone in the office, Levan stared at the crumpled newspaper, the faces of his sons…so different, yet so similar…burned into his mind. For the first time in years, he wondered if his empire was worth the price he’d paid to build it.

REVENGE OF THE ILLEGITIMATE HEIR Son Of The Bratva
"You're surprisingly light on your feet," Dimitri muttered as he spun Ksenia under the chandelier's soft golden glow."And you're surprisingly good at pretending to be charmed," Ksenia replied, her lips holding a careful smile, her eyes flicking subtly to the side."Is that so?" he replied, tilting his head slightly as they glided across the ballroom floor.Every movement, every word, felt choreographed. The orchestral music drowned out most whispers, but Dimitri's mind was focused. Her fingers were warm against his, but her pulse…he could feel it…was erratic. Nervous.Across the ballroom, Zarina danced close to Quinn, her laughter just a notch too high, a hand resting against his chest. But her eyes..those always calculating eyes…met Dimitri’s over Quinn’s shoulder.Klaw stood against a column nearby, arms folded, scanning the room with the calm of a predator. As the dance ended, Ksenia held Dimitri's hand for a second longer. "Would you like a drink?"Dimitri gave her a flat look. "

REVENGE OF THE ILLEGITIMATE HEIR Conspiracy.
"Do you have eyes on every exit?" Nikolai asked sharply, eyes flicking to the main hall monitor."Yes, sir. No one leaves or enters without clearance," one of his men replied.Nikolai turned to another guard. "Double-check the perimeter. This is Ksenia's night, and nothing is allowed to go wrong."Downstairs, the party was already in full swing. The chandeliers glittered over the grand ballroom as laughter and soft classical music floated through the air. Ksenia Markov stood radiant in a custom-made crimson velvet gown that hugged her like a second skin, her long hair flowing in elegant waves down her back. Cameras flashed as guests gathered around to celebrate her 25th birthday.Dimitri walked in with Viktor Mikhailov and Vladimir close behind. Klaw, ever watchful, hovered at Dimitri's left. Eyes immediately turned in their direction. Suits and gowns turned with whispers. Dimitri wore a black suit, his expression unreadable as always. His presence had weight…a quiet, brooding authori

REVENGE OF THE ILLEGITIMATE HEIR The devil's ballot.
The boardroom was in turmoil. Accusations flew across the polished mahogany table, voices raised in heated argument. The air was thick with tension, the future of the Apollo Empire hanging precariously in the balance."You manipulated this vote!" a senior board member bellowed, his face flushed with anger."Preposterous!" another shot back. "Dimitri Apollo has every right to claim leadership, and you all know it!"Tobias Moreno stood at the head of the room, an unsettling calm about him. Hands in his pockets, eyes sharp and observant. Beside him, Quinn Apollo seethed with barely contained rage."You seriously believe this ex-convict deserves to run the Apollo Empire?" Quinn spat, stepping forward. "He's a nobody with a criminal record!"Dimitri Apollo rose slowly, his gaze locked onto Quinn's, voice cold and precise."An ex-convict you framed."The room fell into a stunned silence.Quinn's jaw tightened. "Watch your mouth.""I'm just getting started." Dimitri took a deliberate step fo

"What the hell were you thinking, Havana?!"Dimitri’s voice was a roar as the door slammed behind him. The air inside the room was thick, charged with something electric…rage, relief, fear. Havana barely had a second to catch her breath before he was in front of her, grabbing her shoulders. "You think standing in front of a loaded gun is bravery? That was fucking reckless!"Havana yanked herself free, her pulse pounding. "Oh, I’m sorry, Dimitri, did I ruin your grand plan?! Maybe next time you should show up earlier and save me the trouble!"His jaw clenched, his body rigid with frustration. "You think this is a joke?!""I think this is my life! And I think I don’t need you acting like you own it!" she shot back, her voice shaking with emotion. "You wanted me out of this, remember? You pushed me away, so don’t you dare come in here acting like you suddenly get to play hero!"Dimitri’s hands flexed at his sides, as if he was restraining himself from either shaking her or pulling her in

"Dimitri, my boy. You have something that belongs to me."Dimitri’s grip on the phone tightened. He stood in the dimly lit interrogation room, the captured man tied to the chair before him, bloody and barely conscious. His own blood from the bullet wound still throbbed in his arm, but he didn’t care.He could hear the smirk in Tobias’s voice. The bastard was enjoying this."Tobias," Dimitri said, voice low and dangerous. "If you're calling to beg for your boy back, save your breath. He’s already dead."A chuckle. "Now, now. No need for threats. We both know you haven’t killed him yet. If you had, you wouldn’t have answered my call."Dimitri’s jaw clenched. Tobias was testing him."I’ll make this simple," Tobias continued. "Let him go, and I won’t come for Havana."Dimitri’s entire body went rigid."The fuck did you just say?"Tobias sighed dramatically. "Oh, Dimitri. Did you really think keeping my daughter close would protect her? You’ve only put a target on her back. And I’m feeling
