Second world -A perfect frenemy

"You came to the perfect person. I know everything about this world and every other one. I can help you get out but you have to take me with you."

Gem stared at the girl standing in front of him who was too proud of herself.

"If you are that perfect then why everyone kept abandoning you."

The words hit directly on her heart making her wince in pain.

"Ah boss. Don't be so mean. I can prove my worth to you but..."

She paused and looked behind him.

"We have a guest."

She pointed towards his back making Gem turned and look where a man was standing. His face was blank as if he was wearing a skin on his face. There was no eyes, no nose or lips.

"I hope you are good at fighting."

Sumi told him as she jumped and landed on the top of the abandoned car while Gem looked around.

"Host, get that rod."

The mechanical voice showed the metal rod that was on the side of the pavement. The thing growled and ran towards him while Gem was quick enough to dodge his attack and ran to the other side. The man turned and followed him as Gem picked the rod, moved on his heels and hit the man with the rod. He fell down with a thud while Gem looked at his hand. The attack was so fiercely done that he thought he might have break the jaw of the man but he sat up as if nothing happened.

Gem raised the rod ad he held it in both hands and smashed the head of the man. His skull got opened and blood and his brain was splashed out.

He fell down and this time he did not move.

"Congratulations host for your first killing."

Gem threw the rod away which was covered with blood and the pieces of brain. He felt disgusted over the sight in front of him.

"Why I am getting a feeling that I will keep doing this?"

"Yes host. This was a level one monster. You will surely encounter monsters that are over level 999."

The mechanical voice sounded happy but Gem thought on how he was going to kill those things.

"Host, your level increaded one percent. Your power is on level 6."

"So, I now need to kill more of these things."

He rubbed his chin. Killing this one was not very difficult and it seemed like he could increase his level very soon.

"No, host.

Your level will only increase if you kill new type of monster every time."

Gem sighed and turned to find Sumi sitting on the car eating popcorns. He wondered where she got it.

"Look, your level increased."

Sumi pointed over his head and Gem looked up. He could see his level before it was gone.

"You are still on six. You will die soon at this rate."

She stood up and jumped in air before she landed in front of him. She covered more then ten feet in a simple jump.

"You are level 1. You should not say something like that?"

"Because I don't like killing but I have other skills too."

She came down and lead the way while Gem looked around to find something. There was an abandoned shop which gain his attention.

He entered the shop while Sumi followed him inside. The shop looked perfect place to sleep. There was an office inside with a bathroom. He went through the lockers and found a bag of clothes and some other stuff.

After securing the locks on the door, he found Sumi sitting on a couch dozing off. He decided to change first as he still was covered with blood and flesh.

He went inside the bathroom and with great difficulty was able to finally clean himself as inside was only a small sink.

"Host, can we trust her?"

"She said she was a dragon."

"But I could not pick any energy of a dragon from her. Also, her level is very low as a dragon. Either she is lying or hiding something."

Gem also had doubts in his heart regarding the new person he met but if she needed him then he needed her too.

"Keep an eye on her." He told the system as he came out where Sumi was sitting blinking slowly.

She gave him a foolish smile.

"Do you want to eat something?"

She asked him as she opened her small backpack.

"I have noodles,. water, chocolate, chips, cookies, bread..."

Gem wondered how she was taking out so much things from such small bag.

"This is my magical weapon. I can store a full mart in it. What about yours? What is your magical weapon?"

"Magical weapon?"

He questioned her rather confused while Sumi nodded.

"Yes, everyine has one.

Yin had magical shoes. She can jump as high as a building. Vini has magical glasses. She can look inside buildings and at greater distance.

Marcus has a gun. It is always full of bullets and..."

She kept talking making Gem raise his ahnd and stop her in midway.

"Okay, okay, I got it.

Jeez, you are giving me a headache."

Sumi scratched the back of her head.

"Sorry."

She removed her scarf and then removed her mask and under those things were a pretty girl. Gem rubbed the back of his neck as he looked away and found the other couch. He sat on it and yawned. The day was quite chaotic and he felt tired. Also he needed to make a plan to get out of this place soon.

"How did you come here?"

He asked Sumi who was going through her bag and took out a bag of cookies. She threw it towards Gem who easily catch it.

"It was a mistake.

The gods accidentally send me here.

I am not a bad dragon. I was just with bad friends."

She smiled foolishly making Gem shook his head in disappoinment. He wanted to tell her there was no mistake. Either she deserved to be here or she was considered danger like him.
