Second world -A perfect frenemy

The night was very uncomfortable as there were monsters screeching outside. This place had everything that a prison needed. The guards were of those that had high level of power. Once you enter this world, either you play to keep yourself save or you are killed by those monsters.

It was a sick game created by gods.

Gem only slept for few hours before he woke up. They came out of the abandoned shop and went on the journey.

Sumi was with a group of three girls and a boy. She was like a ration bag and this was the reason she was still alive.

"Host, we should find a way to get out of this world. There might be a map that can lead us to the exist. If you say, I can find the location but it needed me to go under the installation of new update and it will take some time."

"Alright. Do it."

Gem spoke to the system who with a ding went quite while the girl looked at Gem.

"Did you Say something?"

"Have you tried to get out of here?"

"Yes, we did.

But we could not find the map of the city."

She smiled while gem turned around and looked at his surroundings. There were some small monsters eating a big one on the ground. They did not pay attention to them while Gem kept walking. The place could be dangerous and he needed to find a shelter where he could take some rest until the system comes back.

After walking an hour, they reached near a mansion. Gem was scanning it when Sumi jumped happily.

"Hey, look.

That is Marcus's car.

I am sure they are inside. Let's go there."

Sumi pulled his arm but Gem took his amr out of her grip making her confused.

"You can leave now. I have to go on my own path." He told her as she turned and left in the opposite direction. Sumi called him from behind but he did not turn. She was only slowing him and he needed to get out of this place as soon as possible.

He was walking alongside a stream when the mechanical voice appeared in his mind.

"Host."

It paused for a second.

"I am getting signal for a unclaimed weapon at some distance."

The mechanical voice informed him and Gem decided it was time to get a magical weapon as it was difficult to stay in this world without it or with the power level that he had by now.

The system lead him towards his destination while Gem walked while trying not to come in the eyes of other people or monsters.

The magical weapon was in a park and when Gem reached there, he saw another monster searching the area. It seemed like it also came there in search of the magical weapon.

"Host, that monster is on level twenty. You cannit fight with him when your level is..."

It left the sentence in middle.

"Only six."

"Then, let's increase it."

Gem mysteriously smiled.

"I think I know what that weapon is."

His eyes were on the pole that was hollow from inside and on top of it he could see the handle of a sword. The sword was inside it and that was sthe reason the monster could not see it.

Gem calculated the distance in his mind and did not math. Finally he was able to make a way to reach to the sword and kill the monster but if the sword was not a magical weapon or he missed a step, the end result would be his death in the hands of the monster.

"Host, what are you thinking to do?"

The system asked him but Gem did not say anything but came out if his hiding spot. He picked a small stone and threw it at the monster. The stone hit it on its head making it turn and look at Gem. He roared and ran towards Gem while Gem waited for the monster and as it reached in the middle, Gem start started running in a circle but towards the pole.

The monster kept following him while roaring and screeching and the distance between them was decreasing every second.

Gem ran and jumped as he out his foot on the fence making him go above in the air. He grabbed the handle pulling the thing out and was relieved to see that it was really a sword.

As he landed on the ground, he turned and saw the monster running towards him. Gem held the sword and the next second he stabbed it in the chest of the monster. The monster let out a painful scream and then fell down while thick green fluid started ozing out of its wound.

Gem pulled the sword out and was panting. He gulped to wet his dry throat and looked at the sword.

"Congratulations host on receiving your magical weapon. This sword is very powerful and a level 999 weapon.

Now your level is 10. Yay...."

"Only 10?"

Gem was not very happy while the system tried to explain the rules.

Gem decided to ignore the system and carefully examined the sword. It was beautiful and was shining under the sunlight.

Gem took out a piece of cloth from his bag and cleaned the sword properly. After ten minutes, the sword was cleaned completely and totally changed. Now it was more bright and look sharp.

Gem moved it through the air and then smiled as he rubbed his thumb in it's cold metal.

He was in love with this sword.

"Host, did you like it."

"Very much." Gem replied but he felt something missing

"Then I have a gift for you."

The next second, a leader cover appeared on the ground. The cover was as elegant as the sword and Gem picked it up. He put the sword isnide and then wore it so that the sword was at his back. The handle was in a way that he could take it out of cover easily.

He looked in the distance ready to continue his journey.
