"Woe to those that make enemy of the priests of the mighty ones, for their fate is worse than death"

"The damned shall mock them, and the hopeless shall look down on them with pity"

"The sick will look healthy in comparison to them, and the shall look alive in their presence"

"For they have made and enemy of the priest and in doing so, they have made an enemy of his god"

These were the words spoken by Orie while he was held in chains in a small isolated room. There was barely enough light for someone to see around but there wasn't that much to see either. It was and quiet clean for a dark isolated room. There was no dirt, no bad odor, no rats. It was only him, some very strong chains and a guard who told him to shut up after he had just finished making a divine declaration.

"One of the perks of being a priest..." Orie said as he stood up

"...is that sometimes, we are required to make declarations before we take action"

"This is so that whoever is making a move against us is given the chance to back out"

"But if they do not take heed, we shall fulfill the declaration without fail"

"You've heard al the words in the declaration I just made" he said as he put his hands together and caused all the chains to shatter

"Do you still want to go against me?"

There was only fear in the eyes of the guard. The man standing before him had just broken through the highest grade chains as if they were nothing. The chains were modified to drain energy from whoever they held but the man that the guard saw looked more like he had rested well and was at full power. He remained stunned and speechless as he watched Orie hold the iron door and pull it out by the hinges.

"You still haven't answered my question" Orie said in a calm voice that sent violent chills down the guard's spine

"Do you still want to go against me?" He asked

Through the fright and quivering, the guard managed to give his answer

   "N...n...no" he said

   "No"

   "No"

   "Nooo"

Then Orie looked at him with a smile and said "good"

"Now, I'll be on my way"

Then he made his way through the passages of the empty building talking to himself

"Hmm"

"So it seems like everyone is held in a different building"

"This air..." He said as he took a deep breath

"...kinda smells like Freeland"

Meanwhile, Yamato had just woken up in the small room he was held up in. It was basically the same as that of Orie; dark, clean, with high grade power draining chains and a single guard that watched over him.

"So, you are finally awake" the guard said, but Yamato didn't answer him.

"Hey!!" The guard yelled in annoyance

"Reply me when I'm talking" he said in anger

"Five more minutes" Yamato said as he tried to roll himself into a comfortable sleeping position.

"It's not like you are doing anything important with right now"

   "And besides"

"I don't even have any energy"

The guard was annoyed by the arrogance of his prisoner. He felt like a young boy was ruining his pride and he had to do something about it.

"You insolent brat!" He said in anger as he opened the iron door and walked inside the room holding firmly to his baton. But before he could take a few steps in, he heard a voice from behind saying "thanks for opening the door for me"

"It's not easy to push it down"

Before the guard could turn, he was knocked out and on the floor.

Yamato turned around to see Orie but he didn't seem relieved.

"You should have come a bit later" he said

"I was trying to get some good morning sleep"

"You can sleep later" Orie replied as he took the keys from the unconscious guard and began unlocking Yamato's chains

   "Right now" he said

"There is something we must do"

"Oh yeah" Yamato said in realization

"We have to rescue the others"

   "Not that" Orie replied

   "The others can rescue themselves"

"Then what is this new mission" Yamato asked.

Then Orie smiled and replied "Do you remember the bounty that was placed on Shiro's head"

   "Yes" Yamato answered

"Two hundred million Arabian gold bars"

Then Orie let out a suspicious laugh that scared Yamato a little.

"What if I told you..." He said

"... that I know where it is being kept"

Yamato didn't know when he joined Orie in the suspicious laugh.

Meanwhile, Mia had just opened her eyes for the first time since she fell unconscious.

She looked up to see a figure standing before her, and the first word she uttered was "GENJI"

SHIN SEKAI SECRET: there aren't many people that know the actual owner of the SHIN SEKAI company. Some believe that the information is hidden with magic.

"well, Mr Addison" Ellie said as the camera faced Orie. "What are your thoughts on the current state of the match?" "I'm really not sure" Orie replied "To be honest, this is the first time I've seen Her like that so I don't actually know what to expect" "But if I had to take a guess..." "... I'd say I'm glad she wasn't like this in our match" Natsumi missed her first strike, and her second, and her third, and her fourth, and... all her strikes, she missed all of it. As it turns out, Kurobe had quite the reflex and was really good at evasion and keeping the distance. Every time Natsumi got close, he quickly evaded and put distance between them, pushing her back, attacking from blind spots, setting walls between them and a Whole lot of moves that prevented him from getting hit but that didn't stop his opponent from trying. With each passing second, Natsumi got closer to landing a hit on Kurobe. At first it was him feeling the little breeze as her fist fle

  • Cold hard truth

Many things can anger a fighter. An opponent that toys with them, someone that just won't stay down and in many cases, a direct insult. But none of those things were happening to Kurobe, he was facing something far more annoying; an opponent that isn't paying attention to him. At first glance, it looked like Kurobe was dominating the match without giving his opponent any chance to counter, but there were many times since the beginning of the fight where Natsumi would have been able to strike back but did nothing instead. She had barely moved from where she was standing at the start and she was in deep thought. All Natsumi did from the beginning of the match was to fend off the incoming attacks while thinking about what Orie had said to her. "I have finally seen your true self" "I finally know you" She couldn't muster up the courage to ask him what he meant because she was too afraid of his answer. She was afraid of the truth. "If the real me is a monster...

  • Tears of a beautiful summer

Orie was finally on the offensive. His wind blasts weren't doing much damage but they were strong enough to throw his opponent off balance and disorganize her attacks. He was able to close the distance bit by bit with each successful blast and every one of them hit. Before Natsumi could tell what was going on, Orie was standing directly under her. "White" orie said with a smile as he looked at her from below, then he spun his staff and struck the floor with it. Natsumi immediately turned to guard against it but no wind came from Orie's direction, it came from above and pushed her down. As Natsumi struggled to stand up, Orie began walking towards her and spoke. "I wondered why my prayers weren't working on you" "It would stop you for a brief moment then she'd take care of the rest by will power" "After this encounter, I think I finally figured it out" "The reason why my prayers don't work and who you are" "You are Natsumi" "You are not a spirit tha
