After that Zelda kept making Zombie and was creating and enormous number of zombies.

He was doing this to take revenge on the human kind and to fulfil his promise that he had given to his wife.

He wanted to release all those zombies on the humans at once so that they won't be able to handle it and die.

But as the technology rose up significantly he was seeing changes in the humans armory which was becoming more advanced.

He knew that even though advancement, they won't be able to handle a huge attack.

So he kept resurrecting dead people.
